would rate them as a minus zero if I could.
I paid for the platinum but got the Don't-Ask-'Em.
After the wash, the exterior still had spots of bird drippings and smudges as if they didn't make an effort to dry it properly. They also didn't bother to wipe down the center console or vacuum the seats. When I asked the guy who waved me over when my car was ready why they didn't vacuum the sests or wipe down the center console, he said, "Don't ask me" and shrugged his shoulders.
Also, my co-worker had her car washed there on Friday, which had newly-tinted windows, and noticed immediately that the tint was scratched in several spots. When she asked them about it, they denied that they did it. Also, when she asked to speak with the manager, at first, he refused to speak with her. And when he did finally speak with her (after saying she wasn't going leave until he came out to speak to her) , he was rude and condescending and refused to answer her questions, which is a pretty good indication that they get a lot of complaints and just don't want to deal with it.
ZERO MINUS RATING!

They will rip you off. They charge me different prices every time I come here. And the quality isn’t worth the $40 plus tip I was charged. They upsold me on wax and there was none when I picked up my car. Had to get the manager and he fought me on it. Terrible customer service.
I recommend going somewhere else if possible unless you want to be taken advantage of.

This used to be my favorite carwash but the past three times have been consistently disappointing that I am compelled to write a review. For a carwash plus interior service that amounts to over $30 plus tip, they really should do better. What a waste of my money and time. There wasn’t a single carpet that was properly vacuumed - I had to come home and revacuum and wipe entire car. Here is a picture of the backseat right after the service.

Complete waste of money! Paid for a hand wash, car wash. $40 + $12 tip. Apparently that means, they only clean the exterior and by “clean” I mean they run a hose over it, clean it with a rag and dry it. I didn’t even think to look at the inside when I got it and noticed it right after I had driven off. I’m extremely unhappy with the quality and inability to be able to call someone to discuss this.

I just pulled up and the guy kept trying to sell me a detailed wash because I asked if he can wipe the steering wheel. I told him it's just a wipe down and vacuuming and he kept pushing the detailed $139 dollar service which is bizarre. Horrible.

One of the best hand car wash’s in the area. Been coming here a few months now, & will keep coming consistently. Ameer or Sam usually help me out; both do good work & have great customer service. Definitely recommend

I brought my truck in for a HAND WASH since I have a lowered truck with wide wheels. It can’t fit down the auto washer. 10 mins later an attendant came up to me and said my tire was low. It wasn’t low the entire side wall was cut completely open 3/4th away around the tire. The guy swore it didn’t go through the auto wash. It’s impossible for me to drive there with that level of sidewalk damage so it had to happen by them. I will be going back when the manager is there to ask to see their surveillance tapes to prove to me if it did or did not go through the auto wash

We came to support our local car wash. I usually do it myself. But I wanted to give it a try. The car had water spots and the dash was very dusty. God bless them and we will pray for their skills to improve.

BEWARE! I drove in a few minutes before 1:00pm yesterday, Friday afternoon. As I was exiting my car, I noticed A STACK OF CAR MATS as I walked by. It seemed odd, since no other cars were around. I have been coming here for years preferably on a Saturday for a car wash and I do not remember ever seeing car mats stacked up like that. I arrived on what seemed a slow Friday afternoon by chance, since I had a commitment for all day Saturday. After the car wash was completed, I drove directly home to pack for a weekend commitment. A couple of hours later, I went to place my overnight bag behind my driver's seat on the car floor, for easy access. And that's when I noticed my car mat missing from my Lexus. I quickly called Sunny Hills Car Wash and advised the manager of the situation and told him I was on my way for my car mat, thinking it had been misplaced, giving them the benefit of the doubt. When I got there I noticed the manager was very nervous as he spoke rapidly saying we've looked, but there is no extra car mat. He proceeded to open my car trunk and then went to the car seats and lifted each of my three remaining car mats, as if they would have mistakenly placed the missing car mat there. I explained to him it was intentional, his workers removed the car mat, since each Lexus 460LS has a twist open and close lock on each car mat to prevent them from slipping, for safety reasons. He became startled, and said "No, well maybe it was removed for detailing." I WAS ONLY THERE FOR A CAR WASH! Nonetheless, I walked over to the detailing department. After asking about my missing car mat, they said they have nothing to do with it. The car wash department is separate. NOW IT ALL MADE SENSE: It was a SLOW Friday midafternoon. I walked by a STACK OF CAR MATS. My car mat SAFETY LOCK WAS INTENTIONALLY UNLOCKED, as they removed it. THE CAR MAT STOLEN WAS BEHIND THE DRIVER'S SEAT. MOST PASSENGERS WOULD NOT NOTICE, since people usually enter by the passenger side. IT IS DESPICABLE and morally wrong! The worst part is it seems the workers at the entrance port may be in on it, since they vacuum over the car mats! It was in this area I saw the stack of car mats. DAVID VATANI - NO ONE GOES TO A CAR WASH WHERE WORKERS STEAL FROM THE CUSTOMERS!!!BEWARE! ...Since it would appear they steal car mats, what else may they have stolen....
