The employees here are snobs. Very rude and dismissive if you don't look a certain way. On the other hand, they are incredibly friendly and attentive to customers they deem worthy of their attention.

Jacqueline at the Huntington Beach location was so incredibly helpful and just so kind to everyone who came into this store. She had so much information to offer And showed me the best smelling perfume. I almost wanted to buy 2 of them. Regretting now I didn't get that second one.

I was lured inside this cute store because their decor got my attention, Stich and Feather is a nice boutique in downtown Fullerton. Nice customer service, we were greeted right away and even asked if we 'd like a bottle of water, very kind! The sell ladies clothes here, the style is boho chic, trendy, nice products and colors, decent prices. Great variety of merchandise. They also sell funky jewelry, candles, some home decor, nice gifts idea. Fun place to shop at!

I have been holiday shopping for my 3 daughters at Stitch and Feather for over 5 years now. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly and always makes the best fashion recommendations. The selection of items and styles is impressive. My daughters always love what we select, and I particularly appreciate the reasonable prices of everything in the store. Me and two friends came here on Black Friday and were completely ignored. There were literally 10 employees and none of them even acknowledged us. They approached a girl shopping a foot away from us, told her about a sale going on and offered her water or champagne while she shopped and still completely ignored us. The customer service at this store is a complete joke.

My mom and I walked in and were immediately greeted by the three girls working. All of them were so sweet and helpful but specifically, Sofia, was amazing. We were there for about two hours, shopping and trying on clothes. Sofia helped us the entire time, checking up on us, giving fashion tips, and all around has a very welcoming personality. She even picked out some clothes that she thought would look nice on me and we ended up buying both of the items she picked out. She is someone who should be greatly appreciated for this location!

BEST BOUTIQUE IN OC! If you love boho chic, this will be your go to store if you are in the OC area! I've been a client of theirs for years and they do not disappoint in their customer service, store vibe, and of course their fashion collections! From clothing to jewelry to gifts like candles, kitchen decor, shoes, and purses, you can stay days shopping at any of their 4 brick and mortar! I especially love their Brea and Seal Beach stores! They also have boutiques in Fullerton and their most recent is Laguna Beach. You can't beat their prices for a boutique either and they also have sales around any holidays! Do your self a favor the next time you are in the OC and check out one of their stores to do a little self pampering! I promise you won't regret it!

i absolutely love this store and this location! they have so many cute clothes to choose from and the girls are very helpful in picking out things to try on. i would definitely come back for more clothes and shoes.

Love this store! It's my favorite out of all the stitch and feather locations! It is always stocked with online items that I want and Sarah is always so helpful and I always appreciate her styling advice! All the girls are so sweet and make you feel so welcomed!

This place is a joke. If you don't look a certain way, you're ignored. The three mean girls working there blatantly gave stellar customer service to some people and horrendous to others. Just completely uninterested. Even saw them eagerly offer a fitting room and champagne to one woman while another had been there much longer with half ass, uninterested interaction. Gross.

2 rating for poor customer service. Thought I’d give this place another try. Walked in and 3+ people were working and not one greeting. My husband even noticed how others were greeted upon arrival.

Had the most WONDERFUL experience here. Was greeted immediately by Sarah T. and Sofia K. who let me look at their new arrival catalog and grabbed me all new options they hadn't even put out in store! They were very attentive and sweet and helped me pick out exactly what I wanted. Definitely recommend, the store is reasonably priced, excellent quality, and a wonderful staff.

Amazing store , came to shop for my mom and was pleased to find such amazing options with everything being on trend , also was greeted by an amazing team as well as the manager Alexis she was helping me throughout the process being a man shopping in a women's store was much easier with her assistance , So fellas don't be shy coming in cause Alexis made the process so much easier for me ! I'll def come back for another gift or occasion where I need to shop for the ladies I know my life !!! Great company and clothes and accessories and staff
