I don't normally post/write reviews, however this is the exception. It was my 1st time to Sports Clips (Fullerton), it was recommended by my friend. I walked in, a stylist asked me, 1st here? I said yes, she said "Check in and have a seat", I was the only person waiting, the 2nd stylist finished with another customer, she didn't even acknowledge me, walked away and disappeared, I waiting another 10 minutes, still not acknowledged, I was still the only person waiting. Bottom line, customer service, professionalality, courtesy etc. was non existence, I was actually embarrassed for them. I stood up and started to walk out, the 1 stylist that cutting another customers hair just look at me, turned away and said nothing.Sport Clips COULD have been my "new place" to get my haircut, but I'll never go back.

I left a bad review for a different SC location so it stands to reason that I should leave a good one here. Ashley was really thorough, nice and was careful with her process. I told her 10/10. Thank you.

I'm not sure what to rate. First off, I really am feeling great about my haircut. Thank you Veronica. Conversation was great and her scalp massage was awesome!!! Go to Veronica! However, I was really bummed about something. I told Veronica it's my first time and that two of my friends go here, which is why I'm coming in. The she reaches on her station's counter and hands me 3 free hair cuts coupons for first time friends. However I wasn't allowed to use a coupon on my trip there. Yeah, I didn't walk in with it but I pay for my hair cut to promote their business. It doesn't make sense. Or maybe give me the coupons after I pay and not when the cut starts. I def want my friends to get a free haircut. I guess I'm just jealous.

i don't even understand how this dogshit haircut was possible. i showed the hairdresser pictures (multiple, mind you) of me with thick hair going past my ears, and i said "can i get it like this please?" and SHE GAVE ME A FUCKING BUZZCUT! i was being as respectful as possible and trusted her judgment on the haircut. i just went to my car to cry afterwards. how the fuck is this even possible????

A no nonsense perfect experience/ haircut for our kids. They keep notes on previous haircuts and this helps a lot. My favorite spot for the kids also reasonably priced.

Bad cut, they don't take time to detail the hair. The lady only wants to finish in 5 min and talk with her coworker. I used to like this place.

Haven't been here since I moved, I just moved back to brea super excited to come get a haircut today, lady was super rude and not very inviting barley said my name loud enough to hear, cut me twice without saying anything, my hairs 4 different lengths, I'm probably never coming back if you get Priscilla just leave honestly

First time client, and I liked it. I came here because I had a free cut and just wanted to try it out. I left happy. The barber was nice and quick with explaining things as I am a new customer. I got a regular ol' haircut. The barber knew right away what I wanted and was quick to cut it right. Showed me how everything was going and when asked to cut certain spots more she did it and she did it well. If I had another coupon for a free cut I wouldn't hesitate to come here and enjoy an amazing cut but I am not paying $28 for a haircut.

**** BEWARE****This is the worst establishment I’ve ever encountered. Lana(person photographed) yelled at me because I wanted my haircut fixed. They accused me of taking advantage of their policy to get free haircuts. They quote on quote stated that they won’t fix my hair because they don’t want to work for free. Management or ownership didn’t do anything to rectify the issue. I’ve sent the full video to corporate and the franchise owner. Paul Bibeau, Take some ownership for your employees. Totally uncalled for.

Ridiculous. Walked in at 4:30 pm, posted closing time was 6:00 pm and was told that they are done for the day. 3 barbers and 4 people waiting. Change your closing time so we don’t drive 20 minutes to your establishment only to be turned away. Pretty weak for a chain haircut spot**Edited for response from business - I did check in at 4:36 on the tablet. After I checked in, a barber approached me to ask if my name was on the board. I looked at the board and didn’t see my name so I said “no” The barber then told me in exact words “sorry then, but we’re done for the day” so I repeated to her “you’re done for the day?” And she said “unfortunately yes” so I turned and left. I did not receive a haircut cut. Please check with your staff
