When I got the spectrum service they answered me in 2 minutes, I wanted to cancel the service when they charged me more after 6 months and left me waiting for a call for more than 1 hour to cancel, they told me that I had to go and leave the boxes at spectrum My wife went to drop them off and a rude person named Jorge told me that I had to cancel by phone and he wouldn't accept the boxes, he told me that I had to cancel by phone first, but when I want to cancel by phone no one answers, I took them and Jorge is a rude person and he threw them at me and told me that I couldn't accept them, I left them and I have to pay for them, a rude and arrogant person, they must have kind and tactful people to talk to customer service

I went to deliver the internet equipment to the store and they did not want to accept it because it is in my husband's name, they told me that he has to go, I explained to him in a thousand ways that he cannot because of his job and he told me that He will call, to cancel the service, my husband has called several times and tells them that he wants to cancel the service and they tell him to wait a moment and they leave him waiting for more than an hour and he hangs up and calls again and the same thing happens, they are doing very It is difficult to cancel the service. The person who helped you in the store was very despotic and rude. If your name is Jorge, the customer service on the phone and in the store is terrible.

The worst customer service experience. The big short guy extremely gaslighted the whole situation. I'm a new customer with the service. I explained to him that I'm just following directions from spectrum representative what I needed to do i tried to show him he disregarded it. I was only there to pick up my modem and left without it. I'm definitely going to another location. Do not recommend coming here.

**Do not go here.**
I used Spectrum Internet until recently when fiber internet became available at my house, so I tried both simultaneously. After comparing both, I decided to continue with fiber and canceled Spectrum, even returning the modem. However, yesterday, Spectrum called me, offering a promotion if I returned, and I liked the offer so that I agreed to it. Since the fiber is on a month-to-month basis, I can cancel it anytime. I received an order confirmation email and went to pick up the modem at this location around 4 PM on May 21st.
As I mentioned, I received a call from Spectrum about the promotion and accepted their offer. But when I arrived, they treated me as if I was trying to scam a discount. I explained that I had only answered their call and accepted their offer, but they didn't believe me. Both the employee and the manager looked at me as if I was a liar, which was astonishing. They also said that Spectrum never initiates calls to customers. However, my screenshot proves them wrong.
They said Spectrum's headquarters had flagged my account previously, but why would they send me an order confirmation if that was true? The funniest part was that I left the store because I couldn’t communicate anymore with them. About 20 minutes later, I received a cancellation email. This suggests that it wasn't the headquarters that flagged me but rather the store's own decision to kick me out.
I will never go here again, and I recommend you don't either. I plan to send a complaint letter to the headquarters about this incident.

The staff as well as the manager in this store today Saturday 4-20 are all extremely rude and disrespectful and very unhelpful. Went in trying to get my new account which I'm at a new address for myself they're stating that it's a flip I'm trying to get a new account to get discounted rates did not want to give me my equipment on two occasions. When Spectrum customer service and upper management at Spectrum customer service over the phone said my account's perfectly fine valid and in working order how it should be. So anyone that's Spectrum customer do not go to this store and give any of them please or the manager any business whatsoever.

You sign up for their services. The services are spotty and sometimes work. You ask them to fix it. Their technicians come out and try to fix the issue. Then afterwards say you should have no more issues. Hours later, the issue comes and you have poor internet e which in turn makes the streaming TV useless cause there is no service for their Xumo devices. Before they come out you practically unplug the modem, Re plug and wait 5 minutes to until power and online LED is solid blue and not blinking white. You then plug in your router and see if all the devices connects. TV - Hard wired Xumo - Hard wired and wireless Wireless printer Wireless camera - Security Macbook PC Ring Cell phones Also, when you report the issue, tech support via phone keeps asking you to reboot the system. Just like you just did 3-4 a day. People who have their services continue paying and using the pretty good internet, phone and TV services. However, they are unaware that it is practically paying for half or less of the services working for the full amount the customers are paying. Overall, you should be charging a hefty amount for something you barely provide. You also should Pre charge and make them pay before you provide services and disconnect when trying to resolve the intermittent issues. Don't get me started how the services are during bad weather with bad rainfall!!!

I have my phone through spectrum and it was on my husband's account now we're going through divorce and spectrum will not give me my number back they are disconnecting it and pretty much holding my number hostage. I've had this phone number for about 10 years if not longer and now I have to go get a new number because of spectrum, they suck

They sent a technician to my neighborhood and even though I am not a customer they demanded access to my yard while I was throwing trash away. No notice given before hand. It was very unsettling.

Impossible to cancel your account. I called the customer service to cancel my account, and I was put on hold indefinitely. Horrible business practice.

Spectrum delivers great Internet speed. I don't play games, so it's fast enough for me. Be leary of the deal to add TV (which means TV channels) because I got conflicting stories and for what I thought I was getting, I wasn't.
