I bought an e-cigarette liquid from them, the liquid expired on October 31st, and exactly one day later on November 1st, I went to return it because the date had expired, but instead of exchanging it for a dated product, it was from me. Not taking it back and I'm really unhappy with them and they told me that you can use it one day because the door was opened, they said they can't take it back and I'm really sorry for their customer. When I visited, all the products similar to mine had expired and they just realized it there. And they didn't return my money and I told them that the product that is expired cannot be used.

It's too bad that you are selling products that have expired. I bought a product and after two days I found out that the expiration date has passed and after two days I took it to return it but they didn't accept it. What kind of customer service is this? They didn't even apologize to me and said they couldn't refund because the product was opened. I threw the item I bought for twenty dollars into the trash. I do not recommend buying from them at all.Dear customers, be sure to check the expiration date before buying, because most of the products have expired.

I bought from 7/11 for a while and the Smoke Shop is charging half their price. Very friendly and prices can’t be beat. Since I’m addicted to nicotine, may as well get a good price. All the employees are knowledgeable and courteous. Support your local stores.

Great place to shop for bad habits like smoking . My habit goes off and on like a light switch . It's off mostly because of Nicolas my son , not really my son , my puppy dog. It's when I get this look from him when I smoke he makes me feel guilty of something . . So I'll wait til he goes to sleep . Nice people that work this shop . I couldn't have any better service elsewhere. Even Nicolas likes it there , it's air condition perfectly in there I didn't want to leave.

Excellent place for my cigarettes. They always have my brand. Staff is very friendly; masks required; social distancing followed. Definitely recommend this store!
