My husband and I went to this location to look at mattresses. Robert helped us and he was so patient, knowledgeable, and helpful. When I came back myself to look at the mattresses, he gave me the space and time to check out the mattresses to find the best one while also making suggestions to help me make the best choice. We ultimately decided to buy online directly from the brand because they have a free returns policy (where sit n sleep only has exchanges allowed) and no delivery fee. But if sit n sleep had these options, we would have loved to buy from them. They are great people.

Store Manager Robert provided a "no pressure sell" environment to allow ME to make the decision to choose what type of twin mattress I need for my guest bedroom (which I will also use for an upcoming surgery). Robert presented me with choices I asked for, plus I got to try the mattresses out to make sure they're comfortable for me, within my reasonable price range, and made to last. The present mattress sags and it's doing a number on my back and sleep comfort. Would I buy from him again? Most definitely!
