I have had to walk into this particular branch numerous times over the years as my elderly mom is a member here and so are my sisters needless to say I have had to walk into this branch on multiple occasions, well today I walked in and was treated like a criminal trying cash a bogus check! My sister who is also a member wrote me a $330.00 check I needed to cash, first the teller searched for my sisters account which was fine but then she went to the manager to get approval then she went as far as calling my sister at work to confirm she wrote this check even after I told her, hey my sister is at work and didn't need to be bothered !! I walked over to the manager and asked why such drastic measures, as I thought calling my sister while she was at work was over the top and too much manager then tells me it was for security reasons ! Really ? Call my sister while she's at work to confirm she wrote me a check!? Then he rudely says ' go back to the teller she'll take care of you" to abruptly end and evade any questions feedback suggestions and concerns, very rude inappropriate cavalier and unprofessional. If you are a member here don't write your loved ones a check as when they walk in to cash it they will not only charge them for cashing the check they will be treated as a criminal trying to cash a bogus check and they will go as far as interrupting you at work to verify you wrote the check, too much.

Best costumer service! The receptionist was very kind and welcoming. I did not experience a long wait, I waited for five minutes (at most). I met with Magaly and she was very helpful. I do not know much about banking, but she made it a great experience by walking me through the process. I 100% recommend this location. I also got this pretty cool bag after becoming a member (:

This is the best credit union I've ever applied to, The products that they offer and at the interest rates they offer are nothing but excellent. I like how nice everyone is at helping the members either when you call in or go to the branch. Depositing money at the branch is easy and withdrawing money as well. I like how this branch is new and not a lot of people go to this branch so the lines are very short. I can see this changing in the near future but I'm enjoying the small lines.

Schools First Fullerton branch has always been consistent with providing great costumer service. I have been using this bank for over 10 years when it was inside Stater Bros and now in the building outside. Staff have always been professional and helpful.

I went to deposit a check and to replace a lost debit card. They were able to deposit my check but then I waited 50 min for a 5 minute replacement process. I waited 45 min just for them to explain they have a bad jam. It’s bad enough they aren’t supplied with working necessary equipment, but they made me wait for 50+ minutes before they finally felt the need to inform me. They wasted my time and I will never trust these branch again. Never going back to that branch!

In store branch. Will not help you and rude unless your a member. I had a School's First check and they would not help me sent me way out of my way to cash. Manager on duty acted like he had no authority to help. Very sad service for a credit union.

In store branch. Staff is very rude and will not help you unless your a member. Went in because I had a School's First check and Google map sent me to the closest branch. Teller directed me to a branch way out of my way to cash check. Manager on duty acted as if he had no authority. Very disappointing and vey poor customer service especially coming from a credit union.
