Have had some good experiences and some bad at the Fullerton location. Staff gave me a hard time when I asked for a physical card and then tried to upsell me on a credit card. Some prices are good and others are comparable to other big box stores, so I always keep my apps open to price compare. The snacks are always a hit, though! I'm especially a sucker for their soft pretzels.

We mistakenly left our laptop in its case in our shopping cart when we loaded our car. At night right before Sam's Club was closing and didn't realize it wasn't with us until we got home!! I lost my mind! Beyond upset was an understatement. My husband then drove back to Sam's Club after they were closed but he found employees Kishan (spelling?) and Miguel who were bringing in carts who had found our laptop and turned it into lost and found. These 2 employees did an amazing thing, finding it and turning it in and then helping my husband get it from the closing staff from inside in the warehouse. Management, if you are reading this review, please reward Kishan and Miguel for their amazing customer service!! What wonderful employees they are!! Thank you so so much!!

I've been a member of Sam's Club for several years, but recent experiences have left me deeply disappointed. It's become increasingly clear that the company doesn't prioritize the well-being of its employees. Firstly, the turnover rate among staff is alarmingly high, which suggests that there are underlying issues with how employees are treated. It's disheartening to see familiar faces constantly being replaced, indicating a lack of job satisfaction and support. Furthermore, during my visits, I've witnessed instances of overworked employees struggling to keep up with demand. It's evident that they are understaffed and under immense pressure to perform, leading to a decline in customer service quality. Additionally, the lack of benefits and opportunities for advancement is concerning. Many employees seem stuck in dead-end positions with little hope for growth within the company. Overall, Sam's Club needs to reevaluate its priorities and start investing more in its workforce. A company that values its employees fosters a positive work environment and ultimately delivers better service to its customers. Until significant changes are made, I'll be taking my business elsewhere. Disappointed and disheartened.

Tonight I came to grab some groceries really fast and I stopped by to see some LA dodgers sweaters. As I was looking for my size a lady employee went up to my husband telling him the store was closed already . My husband told her I’m sorry I thought you guys were still open because people were still shopping and looking around to top it off no one announced it thru the speakers. I really don’t feel welcomed anymore with my family . Employees should work on their costumer service here.

The crew in the front to sign up for membership are extremely disrespectful and rude. The crew will yell at you and give back hand compliments when deciding not to get the credit card. Cashier was fast and friendly.

This afternoon I went into Sams club searching for Pokémon cards for my son, I asked an associate who directed me to the manager on duty who I wished I would have gotten her name along with a supervisor who helped with the search. I they looked everywhere and all over the store, even to the back. They could have easily said no they couldn't find it and send me on my way but they went above and beyond with their search. The manager or supervisor closed an aisle to get down a pallet where they thought they had more and they did. This was the best customer service I have received and it made my son so happy.
