Just got new tires installed and purchased here at sams club fullerton. I got home and i notice scratches one picture was the raw damage the other was after wiping it with rubbing alcohol. Deep scratches can't believe this. I called in at 655pm they close at 7pm they never answered and a manager took my name down and will call me back tomorrow now im really wishing i stucked with costco. I will see what happens tomorrow I don't want any money I just want my car repaired to the condition I brought it in.

I asked Mario in the produce dept if he had an item in stock, I said excuse me, his reply was "yeah" and he didn't know the answer so he asked another associate and replied from a distance "nah". Really I pay for a membship here. Don't talk to me like, be respectful!

This Sam's club is ok. But don't order your fruit via drive up. Your team members can't even pick out basic produce for your costumers. We picked up our order at 6pm came home and our strawberries were like this. And the bottom was worse. It's such an inconvenience because now i have to drag my sick toddler who is only eating strawberries at the moment to get them replaced. Do better please.

I went last night here after going to Costco and not finding a queen mattress ... I looked online and seen a bed for a good price went in got rang up price is $200 more I showed the cashier she called her manager he looked but was like the number is not the same even though everything else matched he refused to match the price and when I asked is there someone else he said what is that going to do I'm the manager I just left I did mention I'll order online he said it would get cancelled since again sku and order number did not match I placed my order online and went to pick it up this morning so maybe these managers need some training in customer service. Maybe not all but the one with the rude attitude was a older man last night I won't be back to his store after this experience

Really unfortunate for a big box store to show that they are oblivious to providing customer service. Went in this morning to get gas during its "posted" hours which showed it was open and once again the station is closed. Oh well, understand that sometimes stuff happens. So as to not waste another trip I tried calling their stores general number to see if station was open since their posted hours say, like this morning that it was open. NO ANSWER. Is this the store general number ??? that is what it says but no-one will answer so apparently their number and they desire to provide customer service is non existent. I have NO WAY of determining if the station is open by their "on-line" system since it was NOT correct this morning. All I was asking was for a one minute conversation to see if they had opened the fuel station. Very sad to see that customer service at this location is "Job None"

Recommend their tire rotation package to cover tire life on OEM, new car, tires. They are precise when specifying lug nut torque numbers. Shop worker was very kind to fit me in for an unscheduled rotation.

Worst Sam's I've ever been too and that's saying a lot since customer service really isn't a priority at any of their stores.The store was filthy, shelves and coolers poorly stocked, 2 of the 3 ice dispensers were broken and the soda from those stations was coming out warm. I reported it as did other members. The staff at the food court couldn't have possibly cared less. They were rude and indifferent. When I asked if there was a supervisor I was told she is either gone for the day or in the back office. Really? Busiest time of the day for the department and it is running on autopilot?I ordered a pizza which took over 20 minutes although I was the only person waiting on a pizza. It was horrible. One of the worst pizzas I've ever eaten. Half went into the trash.After 20 minutes of waiting and another 10 minutes to get back in line to pick up my pizza NO supervisor or manager showed up to address my or others concerns. Perhaps if management spent more time on the floor managing the store and less time sitting in a back office the place wouldn't be so dirty and poorly run.I will never return to this store location. It was a joke. I also will not be renewing my membership in February. There are other stores where my money will be better spent and my (and other member's) needs will be met.Check out the pic I've posted. It pretty much sums up this location.

I go to a Sams club in my hometown, but it's nice to see one all the way here. Much larger of a area as well. Many products that is not available in my hometown, are being sold here. The cafe is also nice too, nice windows. Very packed, but it's the usual ambiance.

Garrett, Samuel, and Jesus were so incredibly kind and helpful. They truly did a wonderful job and were upstanding in their demeanors. I needed emergency help due to dangerous damage and they were super willing to help and kindly fixed my issue.

This Sam's Club is centrally located in Fullerton/Placentia. It has plenty of parking and offers a gas station with good pricing. This club has a variety of options to meet your needs including optical, tire, electronics, pharmacy, groceries, office needs, and a cafe. They offer excellent customer service. Greeted with a smile by a lovely young person named Kat. I always appreciate happy people.

Went to buy a security camera set. Brought it to self checkout, after paying, lady then proceeded to tell me that I should ask first if they have it or not. Took 10 mins to check the stock , ended up being out of stock. Then spend 30 mins on busy customer service for a refund. This place is a joke. Easily avoided if they took out the product on the floor ?! Why is it the customer has to suffer almost 1 hour of waiting ?

the employees are annoying. they kicked me out for riding on the electric cart. they told me to put the cart back and i did but then they kicked me out after. they also ran out of takis popcorn. don't come here. i was just tryna have a little fun with my bestie and they didn't let me.
