Everyone here is very rude. I walked in asking a few questions about highlights. No one could even give me an answer on pricing. I felt judged right when I walked through the door because I was in my gym clothes. Even though your prices are pretty reasonable from what I saw on the brochure that I asked to see.... I won't be back.

Sadly experienced RACIST staff towards me and my 2 year old son. Also the person who approached us was not practicing COVID precautions, as they were not wearing a mask when they approached us.

Surprisingly RACIST staff. Was eating popcorn with my 2 year old in front of the store and an RACIST man came out, shooed us away with his hand like we were animals and told us to leave. He was also NOT practicing COVID precautions as he came close to me and my son Without Wearing a MASK.

For $180 for shampoo, color, cut but WRONG highlights, Wrong base color would not go again.However, the people are very nice and personable. If your looking for conversations and home atmosphere, this would be your place.

Pathetic place and people...my wife walked in ready to spend, but they prejudged her and suggested she go down the street for an $8 wash and blow. My wife usually spends $75 in ritzier areas than Fullerton...Fullerton of all places!...one of OC's ghettos! Small world people, small world.

I love this salon and only because of the lovely Veronica Rubio! I've been going to her for about a year now and she never disappoints. She has done purple hair on me in the past (which I LOVED)! She is not afraid to try new things and she is very knowledgeable when it comes to hair. All I have to do is show her a pic and she will deliver. She is also extremely thorough and won't let you leave until you, and she, are extremely satisfied with the outcome. She's also very affordable and will work with your budget. I'm so obsessed I cannot say enough! The salon itself is also nice. It's always clean and pleasant to be in. The other hair stylists are nice and the vibe is just very positive. Which helps because there have been times I have been here for HOURS and it's nice when the environment is positive and happy. Parking is really easy - it's a shopping center with plenty of parking. I would recommend Veronica to anyone! She is a great hair stylist who you will love just as much as I do!

Tracy is an amazing aesthetician! She spends a lot of time with her clients. Her facials are the best and she never pushes product on you, although she does carry a wonderful line! I always look forward to my appointments with Tracy!
