Normally I find some good deals here but I guess with the holidays upon us Christmas items are taking over the majority of the store. There is an overstock of Christmas items right now. Very nice selection if you are doing early gift shopping which I wasn't.

I recently visited this Ross store with a friend and wanted to try on 3 woman's tops. Two dressing rooms said OCCUPIED. Not wanting to walk in on someone after waiting for awhile, I knocked and then asked the one close cashier for help with the dressing rooms. The cashier said there was probably someone in there and they are not responding. She didn't walk over to help us check the availability of a dressing room; instead she summoned the manager. The Store Manager, Lydia Avelar came to check on the rooms that read OCCUPIED and while she opened them, the sign on the door switched over to UNOCCUPIED. Lydia Avelar rudely scolded my friend and I saying "All You Have To Do Is Open The Door!!" and briskly walked away. I tried on my tops but left without buying anything and will not shop at this store again. This Ross store lost 2 customers today, July 7th, 2023. I did call the District Manager Kelley and she was nice and listened. Suggestion: Please train employees on Customer Service skills. We are the ones who keep your stores going when loving to shop at them.

Went after Christmas and they had 5 tables of toys not sold for the holiday. Most likely their going to have an incredible markdown this week and the next. Actually the way into January.

Just left the store went in wearing a jacket was trying on other jackets decided not to make a purchase so I was leaving out the door and the lady working very rudely said hey the jacket and I said it's mine and she was just staring me down like I stoled it being suspicious of customers and accusing them if stealing is not good business felt very offended

4 stars because I found items that I haven't been able to find at the Ross stores in my surrounding area. I don't give 5 because they only had 1 cashier and it took a very long time to pay.

Store is well organized and had decent inventory. The only issue I had was the cashier experience. I was actually denied a larger bag for my items even though they had bags. The cashier (older woman) admitted to conserving bags because they have an issue with replenishments. That should not be the customers problem. I am a paying customer and if I need a larger bag I shouldn't have to deal with an employees salty attitude about giving me a bag. I will not be returning to this store. The last thing I need is an attitude from your workers when I am spending my hard earned money. DO BETTER ROSS.
