“We recently needed to sell our home in a move that required us moving out state first and then putting our home on the market.
Let me state that I had previously been a top producing real estate agent and had a lot of experience in the industry.
I had several transactions with Juhee in that time frame and when it came time to sell I didn't even consider anyone else.
We reached out to Juhee and Justin a few months in advance of our move plans and they were most helpful in suggesting the home improvements we should make in preparation, as well as recommending contractors to do the work. When we made our purchase out of state things began to move quickly and Juhee and Justin quickly arranged the staging and worked with us for the remaining improvements prior to listing our home for sale. We ended up running out of time to meet our desired marketing window and I was unable to finish some of the final work I had planned. After our move, their team arranged for the final preparations, including window cleaning, whole house deep clean and landscape service for the listing period.
To my surprise Justin actually performed some of the improvements that I had not finished up, including lighting installation and smoke detector installation. That was well beyond my expectation for service. Being out of state, that was a huge relief and most appreciated.
As to the transaction itself, we had several in depth discussions to get the list price correct for market conditions and the advice provided during the several offers we received was invaluable.
