Bring all 3 of my SUV here , great service, great equipment, and friendly staff. Vacuums are great, air is great. Doesn't always get all the bugs off, but for the price I don't mind wiping a few spots here and there, I'm not lazy, and I'm not complaining about it. Highly recommend

I'm begging you to never come here it's literally the worst car wash I've ever been to. I've been here twice and both times they've broken the back windshield wiper clean off my car. Luckily I have a dash cam that shows it was their fault and so they replaced it but that was a weeks long process BOTH times.

I have been able to wash my car here and went by twice before. My only reason for this reviews to blame people that there is no Apple Pay as of October 2023. The Aug 2023 last time I washed my car here, a man that I presumed was the owner said that he is working on establishing apple pay. Otherwise, this place is a pretty good deal. A lot of third hand towels and air fresheners are affordable. Majority of the staff are kind and professional.

Staff is attentive when I arrive and the wash is great. No drive through car wash is going to get everything off so don't expect that. I suspect if it scrubbed harder to get everything off, people would just complain about it "scratching their car". I think it is in great middle ground as it cleans really well and I really like the vacuum and the pressurized air blowers. One time prices are a bit high but if you sign up for the monthly, it is a great deal. Lastly, I really like how clean everything is.

Member since they opened.Ripped off a piece of my car.Had me get multiple quotes.Then denied liability after.Charged me after canceling, and had to go in in person to cancel more than once. Worst service.

ive been a costumer here for 2 years, I like the friendly staff, cheap unlimited wash per month, but recently I noticed some specks were left on my car’s window glasses, and your wiper cleanser machine are so strong that it forcedly stripped my car’s antenna.

Friendly staff, great monthly options, fast car wash, even when there is a line. Ample stations for vacuuming. Inexpensive cleaning supplies. Happy I left Bliss and started here.Update: still very happy with my membership. They maintain the cleaning bays actively, the staff is super attentive, and it's the best car wash membership for the money I have ever had. Hope they expand to have more locations.

Great experience! In the past, I've been a member at the one on North Tustin, but this one's even better than that one! I was grateful there wasn't too much of a line, and I had a great experience with the employees. This automatic wash had a couple different bells and whistles then the North Tustin location and it felt a lot less packed and easy to get around. That being said, either the North Tustin or the Yorba Linda location happen to be my favorite car washes in Orange County that I've tried. Membership is totally worth it and a fraction of what other car washes cost for monthly unlimited. Vacuumes are extremely powerful as well as the pressurized air. Definitely recommend, 5 stars

They've kept up the washing machines in excellent shape (vs other nearby carwash places), quick in/out, and vacuums are strong.

Very Clean car wash. The Attendant was very friendly. Everything worked at the car wash. The Self Cleaning area was very nice. The air gun and vacuum worked very well. I appreciate you and I will be a return Customer. Thank you very much

Pretty good wash when they first opened, as time as gone on the washes have become less and less thorough. Also, as a monthly special customer, I noticed the "super wash" services I pay for have suddenly stopped being applied to my car. It's bad enough the plate readers are so bad, they have trouble reading the yellow/black plates and I have to wait... and wait... and wait for someone to manually let me through.So I am getting $7.99 washes for my "Super Wash Unlimited" plan, which just charged me again for $29.95 like clockwork. This is not only poor business, it's plain dishonest. The least they could do is give me what I am paying for. Oh, and cancelling Amazon Prime is easier than cancelling the Rapids Express unlimited monthly plans
