Customer service was completely lacking at the hot food counter. I was waiting to place my order, and the lady behind the counter saw me but ignored me. Instead, she went to put the chicken on display without acknowledging my presence or asking me to wait a moment. She just walked away. While I could attribute this to being the only person of my background in the area, I frequent this Ralphs often and know that's not the case. The issue is that she simply lacks the basic level of customer service, which includes greeting and acknowledging customers.

I love Ralph.
I got drunk and dropped my wallet.
The lovely folks here at Ralph had the courtesy to steal the cash ($120) but God for sake threw my wallet at the parking lot.
God bless America and the great people of this nation.

I love this ralphs it's my favorite the check out people are always nice has a nice feeling to it but besides that the spectrum people selling there services should mot be there I don't need to be ambushed trying to buy some dinner supply's for Gezz sakes some times I want to tell them that ted k was right but ehh love ralphs and love the cheap fair prices

I tried 4 of the ready cooked meals and was greatly disappointed. The burrito was passable. The drumsticks of the baked chicken were edible but the breast was too dry so tossed. T'he FAJITAS wasn't edible. It had too much hot pepper to eat so I tossed it. The ready to cook pizza was awful.

What happened to service? I cashed a lotto ticked for four dollars. The clerk pulls the money out of the draw and then holding the money, proceeds to carry on a conversation with a coworker while i stand there waiting for her to hand me the money. Rude.

I like this Ralphs location. It's always well stocked and everything I'm looking for when I'm looking for it. The aisles are a bit narrower than most grocery stores but I find most Ralphs are set up that way. As long as there are decent shopping cart drivers heading towards you like oncoming traffic and they aren't trying to drive down the middle while looking lost or searching for that one can of green beans on a top shelf and unaware of their surroundings, you should be fine to pass without incident or harm. The place is nice and clean and the produce is always bright and cheery. You gotta love cheery produce. Parking, yes parking can be a challenge more so when trying to exit the lot. Seems easier if you park on the right side of the store (when facing it). A lot of businesses share this lot so the other side stays crowded.

This location has the BEST bakery items (quality, freshness, selection) out of all the Ralphs I've been to! I purchased a Tres Leches cake here for my sister's birthday, and it was seriously as good as a professional bakery cake! I kept getting asked all night where I bought that cake; it was that good!
