This place was nice! The first one I've been to with a Starbucks, which I really needed after a long day at work and a few hours before dinner. Love is clean and plenty of in stock items. It's halfway between my work and home. My biggest complaint is the parking lot; it's all one way. Makes it very difficult to even park. My Starbucks barista wasn't very pleasant, they weren't rude just didn't acknowledge people. Otherwise my experience was very pleasant.

The cashier I encountered today was extremely rude and in my opinion racist/xenophobic, I was treated very disrespectfully by this female (they/them or whatever the appropriate pronoun is nowadays), I will not be returning here, I get treated with respect at Stater Bros right down the street, hence they will be getting all of my business from now on. If you want to be targeted, this is the place for you, otherwise take your business elsewhere. I am a local business owner and have lived in this community for over 21 years, and have never been treated this way. Good bye Ralphs.

The Deli got me hooked on Bores Head and now do not carry what I get. Ralph's customer service is no help when I called. Feel like I called another country. I will go to Sprouts and hope they carry what I like

I visited this store pharmacy looking for some over the counter products, i asked the pharmacist an asian descent man if they had the item, described the item. He did not leave his computer an shouted, we have a lot of clear liquid items in the store. The arrogance and demeanor of not caring for customer was upsetting. I do not recommend you to buy at this pharmacy. He does not belong dealing with the public.

while im not a regular patron at Ralphs Fullerton, my recent experience will certainly change that. I was in a hurry and needed directions so I had to interrupt Tammy from the bakery section who was busy hauling a container of hot freshly baked products. She patiently took the time to respond to me with such a warm and welcoming attitude, totally unexpected from someone unpleasantly interrupted in the middle of a task. That is impressive service attitude that should be the standard in retail, Ralphs has definitely trained their staff very well.

Had about 20 minutes to wait for my to-go order from Black Bear Diner so I swung by Ralphs for a few items for my weekly restock. There are no Ralph's near where I live anymore so it was nice to shop here. The parking is one-way, for a majority, of this parking lot so had to circle around to find a parking spot. The parking lot was quite full on a Saturday morning, especially near Black Bear Diner and the Martial Arts Academy. In the produce section, one of the restockers even said "hi" to me so that was really nice and unexpected. Grabbed a few items, browsed, and completed self-checkout. Was a good shopping trip and overall went about as expected.
