I've been going to this store for years usually in out out, BUT yesterday I was desperately needing help and I had my new puppy with me who was not feeling well, I met Shay working on inventory and she helped me with advice and took me through out the store so I could get all the things I needed for my new baby. Puppy food especially since my baby was having tummy troubles. After I took my baby to banfield and All is well know! Thank you Shay!!

Ben who works in pet grooming is the most professional kind and hands on hundred percent is the best pet groomer I've been too in years. I highly recommend PetSmart and ask for Ben he truly cares about your doggie. Excellent work and service. Thank you

I like that I can pick up prescription wet cat food by the can. Also, you can order online by the can. Other big name pet stores require purchase of a case online. Employees went above and beyond to complete a difficult refund. The store is neat and organized.

A little strange, people are somewhat unwelcoming. They are weird when it comes to price matching. The older lady with grey hair here is extremely rude and makes me not want to return.

I came here much more often as my son liked animals- The place is understaffed- there is inventory lying around and paying takes a long time. Staff here don't seem that happy here... Price is could be more competitive but it is what it is- Parking is easy-

First time going to Fullerton petsmart and last time ever going back!! No patience with my dog, and they didn't finished my dog's grooming cause he was too anxious and started with diarrhea with blood which he was fine when I took him! Super upset over my puppy 10 months being so anxious not wanting to be there! What really happened, will never know! But for sure never going taking my pups to fullerton store again!!

I took Jack Oliver to this Veterinarian today! The entire staff was wonderful, kind to Jack and me. Jack was really good to go with them. The doctor came out and met me! Amazing staff! They are our new veterinarians. GO THERE!

Justin with the shaved balled head is an amazing Petsmart employee. Justin resolved a difficult situation smoothly and professionally. I will always shop at Petsmart first before going to a pet store. Petsmart is reasonable and very fair priced. Ask for Justine for rresults and satisfaction.

10/10/23 for both the groomers and the cashier. Very subpar customer service. So much attitude from the main groomer at this location (female, short Hispanic) whose been here for years. She has a condescending tone when she speaks and scoffed when giving me my dogs report on how she did. My dog is a little timid and you would think these people would have more compassion. This groomer and the other gave each other a laugh about how scared my dog was which is so rude and uncalled for. Now with the cashier when I went to show my QR code to pay she didn't have any clue of what that was. Her scanner didn't work and it made me have to login to my pet smart account again and she started getting anxious and began tapping her nails trying to rush me. I'm not wasting my time coming here anymore just to be treated like this.

The training program at this PetSmart is exceptional and effective, and we are completely satisfied with the program objectives, the enthusiasm of the staff, and the patience of the trainers. My husband and I signed up for the PetSmart 6-Week Puppy class a couple months ago. There was an unexpected hurdle (week 3) that caused our class to be cancelled/postponed for a few weeks, but PetSmart honored their commitment to the training, and promptly notified us of when another puppy class was available for the same day/time. For the makeup course, our new trainer restarted the series to give our puppy enough time to relearn/reinforce the skills that he previously learned as well as to adjust to the change. In addition, she switched to an agenda-focused as well as a clicker-reward system. At first, our puppy was VERY shy and refused to approach our new trainer nor to perform any commands. However, our trainer was exceptionally patient with our puppy (and us) and slowly started to help us all positively warm up to the new ways of learning/reinforcement. During the training sessions, she is very observant and guides us through how to properly react to certain situations. It is clear that she genuinely cares about both our puppy and us. She also showed us how to make training fun! By week 3, our puppy couldn't wait to start his training each week. So far, our puppy has been through 5 classes, and has been doing exceptionally well. He has learned to sit, wait, walk on a leash, focus, come, potty outside, and various other important skills. In addition, he is able to replicate what he learned in class at home! My husband and I are very satisfied with the 6-Week Puppy class provided by PetSmart. This training has not only improved our puppy's behavior, but also taught us very important skills as new doggy parents. We will definitely be coming back!

Never take ur you dogs to petsmart for grooming, terrible service and they don't care for the dogs
