I hadn't been to this location for several years and was greatly surprised at the wonderful selection of not only pots but great prices. My lady friends and I go there quite often for "one more pot" - I started out with the wide selection of Telavera pots and cute things to put on the wall items. I then started a collection group of deep blue pots and as well as other individual items for my succulent garden. I then spied the beautiful metal figures and have subsequently purchased the small and middle sized giraffes along with the most precious metal elephant. The sales personnel were wonderful and listened to my explanations of how and where they would join my backyard buddies. We've never entered the property that we weren't greeted by personnel to ask if we needed help and/or if we found something they'd have a worker bring it up to the office and then place it in our vehicles.You really can't find a better place for unique decorative items, furniture groupings, and reasonable prices. You're always welcome to look to your heart's content when thinking of creative uses for their products.

To look at thus place you'd think it's nice but it's not. Terrible lead times on products, over priced in every category, staff are meh.., finding it is actually hard...no signage and hidden behind a Wendy's with rats. Overall disappointing!

I went to this store with my five year old son to look at the fountains and get an idea of what type of fountain I could potentially put around my house. The staff greeted me and asked if I needed help. I acknowledged them with respect and continued to just look around. I left shortly after and saw one of the staff members walk over to where I was parked and take a picture of my car as I drove off. I didn't do anything other than look at the fountains and patio sets while at the store. Not sure if I fit the description of a stereotype of theirs but as a result of their actions I will definitely not return. Felt disrespected.

We have been hunting for the perfect fountain to set off our new landscape renovation project, and Patio Furniture Plus had what we were looking for! They have the best selection of any outdoor patio place in OC. From the time we walked onto their large lot, we were greeted with a warm friendly smile from Becky and she said to let her no if we had any questions. No pressure at all. Once we purchased the fountain we arranged to have their installation crew come out and set it up. Adrian was extremely helpful and professional. We had a conduit line run under the concrete patio we had poured, so there was no way I could've run the electrical lines myself. Adrian took his time to be sure it was installed correctly since this was a one time shot to get it right. I can't say enough about the whole team at Patio Furniture Plus and my experience with them. Josh and Zac the owners were very cool and easy going. Amazing customer service from start to finish. Can't wait to go back and buy our patio furniture once the landscaping is completed! AAA+++

We went to at least 10 different places to buy outside furniture. When we finally got to patio furniture plus of OC we felt comfortable. They have a great show room with a ton of different things. We picked the stuff we wanted and they gave us great prices. They delivered in 2 days. The delivery guys were great and set everything up. I will never go anywhere else to buy outdoor/patio stuff.

I've wanted to shop around this huge outdoor place for years and years (I mean probably 20+ years, I think), I just live minutes from it but have never done so, until this last weekend. My boyfriend told me he'd been wanting to do the same thing, so we decided that we finally need to go explore!!! We were so excited to finally pull in and get to shopping. I see that there are lots of great reviews, but we definitely had a different experience. I only upped my stars up to "OK" because there were a few great things that we did see and also did end up buying a small item. One can spend an hour or more looking at all the pots, patio dining sets, barbecues, fountains, fire pits, lawn statues and plants, there are quite a few and spread over a large area (2 acres? I think I read that). The first thing we noticed was that most of the fountains and lawn ornaments are faded, chipped, and over priced. Several of the fountains are filled with green, dank, murky, standing water, definitely a turn off. Cracked and broken cement pieces are scattered around all over. Sun damaged cushions on much of the outdoor furniture. That being said, there also are some that are in beautiful shape, lovely fountains, comfy cushions, tip top pots. Not many items are priced and with literally thousands of items, how do they know what the price is? And no sales person around to even ask. Nobody ever came to see if we needed any help, I happened to run across a salesgirl bringing lunch back so I figured she worked there. I asked her about a small item we'd seen that was located way across the property and if she knew the price. She stared blankly for a second and said she thought it was $40. I said that the only price I saw was the larger one and she asked how much that one was, I said $120, she looked at the other sales woman and they shrugged and said "Yeah, it's $40". I mean they could have said any price they wanted really, if we came back with a different sales person would it have been more? Less? Who really knows. Forty bucks was a decent price for this though, so we walked back down the hill to go get one. Upon Yelp check-in we received one of those exciting red pop-up coupons for 15% off, so we were pleased to see that and decided to use it on our new pot. The lady started writing up our order and I showed it to her, she immediately said that wasn't theirs without even looking at it really. I said that I received this when I checked in to THIS location on Yelp. She said no, that it wasn't for their location.... so, here is where the "so called Karen" in me came out (and I'm the furthest thing from a "Karen"), I said it popped up when I LITERALLY checked in at THIS location. She said it was for another location that they used to be affiliated with. I showed her the address and she still was refusing to honor it and actually started getting argumentative. I actually was okay with her not honoring it but I told her and the other woman that this could potentially cause a problem some day and that they really should update their Yelp page. She said "oh nobody has looked at that page in years". So, again, I said that maybe they need to tell the owner to do so. I was trying my very hardest to be nice and polite.... but these 2 women were extremely rude. I was really just pointing out the principal of it all, not trying to get the discount necessarily.... but they just were deaf to my reasoning and pushing back hard. She did, in fact, give us the discount in the end. And honestly, that wasn't the point. The point is, if it is a discount POSTED ON YOUR SITE and WITH A CHECK-IN then you should honor it or update the site! And secondly, never make the customer feel like a crook because YOUR website says something untrue! I took a screenshot of the coupon, plus it is also showing on the Yelp desktop site. I did see a couple wonderful items that I would love to go back and purchase, but we decided that the one visit to this place was enough to know we don't want t

Large selection of patio furniture and accessories. Yes, its a lil pricey but its quality furniture so its understandable. Only issue we had was with the staff never calling us back. We ordered patio furniture in July and were told they would call us as soon as it was it. I called them four weeks later for an update and was told it had arrived 2 weeks before. No explanation of why we were not called. Now we're again waiting on a call for a replacement stool since December 8. It's a little frustrating that staff says they'll call but then never do.

Large selection of pottery. They had the exact decor I was looking for. The items are a bit over priced but some were hard to find items. Large amount of fountains, pottery, and furniture. They had artificial turf installation, gas fireplace, and more. Watch out for the dead rats in the aisles!

Great selection and really helpful staff. We went primarily looking for a nice fountain for our yard (found one in the catalog that we LOVE), but they were also willing to help us price out a grill setup were thinking about for the future, and bonus--we found a beautiful swing chair for the patio ?
