“Came in 10 minutes before they closed! In desperate need for my business and a bit unsure of the exact color match I needed. The person who helped me was appropriately named Joy. Some employees might have seen a last-minute guest walk in and roll their eyes or be frustrated with helping someone right before closing (on a Friday, I might add), but she was not.
