It took 5 days to replace a part which took days to receive from dealer. Had I known this, I would have taken to my mechanic who would have me bring car in after he received the part.

just want to say that the place is very reliable, the supervisor Hugo Abrego and the person in charge Jorge Núñez are very professional people, they were in communication with me at all times about the progress of my 2027 Toyota Corolla car, which by the way they finished in the time they promised!!!

I am so grateful for the team at Crash Champions. My brand new car got hit by a firework with only 800 miles on it, so I was devastated that I was having to bring it in to a collision shop. Mike and the team at Crash Champions made the repair process simple, communication was great, and they followed up to make sure the car was in perfect condition. I really appreciate the care and concern they took to make sure everything was right. I hopefully don't need to return to a collision center any time soon, but I can't recommend Mike and the team at Crash Champions enough. Thank you so much!
