I recently bought tickets to an LPGA event at Olympic Golf. I was greeted by a super friendly lady at the front desk. She not only helped me with my tickets but also took the time to explain all the details about the upcoming LPGA event, making sure I was well-informed and excited about it. The staff at Olympic Golf are always friendly and helpful. Their customer service goes above and beyond. I'm definitely planning to come back to Olympic Golf to buy gear.

The service you get here is top notch. There is no request to simple or complicated that the service shop can't make happen. I would highly recommend to anyone looking to get their clubs serviced. Look for Helen Eric and Andy. They know exactly what you need.

A go-to place if you need to get premium golf equipment! They're always welcoming and very professional and they have the lastest golf clubs and fashion, which I can't resist passing by every time I go for something else. I've already brought several of my friends here and they love it here too! Definitely worth a visit.

This is my usual go-to for any golf gear, whether it be clubs, balls, shoes, etc. I went this past weekend to buy a completely new set of clubs. They have a club-testing room in the back where you can try out various irons & driver/woods to see your distance with each club. I tried out various brands to see which would be the best, and they also gave me a pseudo-golf lesson for free to maximize my distance when hitting each club. Very friendly staff that explained everything. I also ended up buying a new pair of shoes that I'll try to keep clean for a while.

I just moved to California from New York, and I'm still getting used to it. I didn't play golf when I lived in New York City, but I've picked it up since moving to sunny California. My first priority was to get my own set of golf clubs, and luckily, Olympic Golf is located in Fullerton, not too far from my house, so I purchased them there. The store is big and clean, and when I told them I didn't know much about golf clubs, they took some basic information about me and showed me a few different clubs and explained why they would work for me. It didn't take long for me to purchase the clubs and golf clothes. When I went to the store, I'm not sure if this is always the case or not, but there were a lot of customers in the store who were being talked through by the salespeople in order to buy the clubs. But as they walked by me, the salespeople kept saying they'd be right back to help, and after a while, one of them came over to me. I had a very pleasant experience with the friendly staffs at the first golf store I went to, and my husband and I are having a lot of fun playing golf with the clubs I purchased.

I went in looking for a new pair of shows and ended up walking out with those + ended up buying a new driver and bag while I was there. Store has a great selection of products, and the staff was very helpful. I will definitely be back.

Golf is my life, I love to browse and shop at golf retail stores often, small shops to chain stores. They all have different stuffs and I love to check them out to my likings...and I am very fortunate that I found this store right before the pandemic. Since then, I often come to this shop more than anywhere else cuz, staff are so friendly and honest. Coming from my experience, this shop doesn't overcharge you, and they carry so many different selections to choose from when we are talking about buying gifts for others or just something to enlighten my golf game. Also, they took really good care of my club when it got broken in half, they didn't charge any fees. I was very pleased and Thankful. I strongly recommend this shop for your golfing needs.

I recently visited to get Christmas gifts. I literally do NOT know anything about golf so I had a very hard time knowing what to get! There's a lot of items and golf stuff are generally $$ so I was really afraid to get the wrong thing. However, the staff at the location was very patient with me when I couldn't decide what to buy. They also gave me a recommendations on different price points, not just the most high end. Really appreciate them for walking me through and even explaining what a casual golfer would look for! Recommend, and maybe I'll take up golfing too

I started playing golf late so l went there several times to find a club As a housewife it was not easy to purchase a set worth several thousand dollars I am very grateful to the staff who always kindly explains the club every time I go and tells me how to try each club. What I especially liked was that I looked at the club I was interested in in the store and the staff let me know by looking at the chart whether the club was right for me. I was very grateful. I will definitely buy you a coffee. From a consumer's point of view, it is very gratifying to play screen golf several times and then make a decision while listening to a friendly and detailed explanation.

Horrible place. Do NOT do business here, take it elsewhere. Tried to rent some clubs and they said they'll be ready by tomorrow. Went the next day but they told us it's "too early" and come back in the afternoon. So we come back in the afternoonbut NO help from anyone. They said I have to wait for my "salesman" but he was with another set of customers. Waited 45 minutes but still no help. I even saw 3 of the staff helping ONE customer. Never going back there again.

I ordered two Scotty Cameron putters from Olympic Golf Buena Park Branch. However, after showing me a product with a plastic cover on the head as shown in the photo above, they added a product without a plastic cover when packaging. Even though I asked them to put the product in the box as is. When I got home I found it and I told them to go back there and exchange it. They told me a new product would arrive in a few days. A few days later, I received a call from them and when I visited the store, they gave me a product with a plastic cover on the entire putter, but it did not have a plastic cover on the head. They took the unconscionable action of selling a product that people were using as a test product, telling me it was a new product, and instead of apologizing, they continued to insist that it was a new product. As shown above, they make a ridiculous excuse saying that the plastic cover on the head was made by them and that they take off the plastic cover when selling it. I bought this as a gift while traveling to Korea. They seemed confident that I would take the putter to Korea without opening the box. I didn't have time so I just received this product as is, but I hope other customers don't get fooled like me here.

During my recent visit to the golf store, I encountered a disappointing experience with a representative. While we were exploring Onoff clubs, the representative, instead of fostering a welcoming environment, pressured us by questioning our intent to make a purchase and discouraging further hitting after hitting only 10 balls with 2 different clubs. This undue pressure to make a quick decision, rather than allowing us to thoroughly test the clubs, was disheartening. The representative's approach, though not explicitly restricting us, created an uncomfortable atmosphere. As customers, we expect the freedom to evaluate products before making a substantial investment. This encounter has left me with a sense of disappointment, prompting me to consider reaching out to Onoff directly to address the matter. It's essential for golf stores to balance sales efforts with a customer-friendly approach, ensuring that all customers feel valued and comfortable during the decision-making process. I hope the store takes steps to improve the customer experience for future visitors.

The club maker/ repairman is a great guy who has always taken care of me and even informed my club purchasing from this store. Today I went in and had my wedges re-gripped and decided to do some shopping but was followed around and asked to leave despite holding my receipt in hand and having been a customer of almost 4 years. The salesman said he felt threatened in his language, I said not one word to him. Will not be coming back. If you aren't Asian don't shop here, you won't be treated right.

Walked in on Monday August 14 to check out what they had to offer. Mainly all Korean apparel and clubs. Store owner followed my wife and me around for 10 mins making sure we weren't stealing anything. I literally looked at him and laughed and then asked him if he would like to play for his store. What a douche.
