I had a printing and laminating job that needed to be completed ASAP. I contacted several printing places and they were rude, confused, over priced. Many of them told me my services would take over a week to complete. I saw Office Depot on my drive home feeling defeated. I came across an employee by the name of Adam. He was so calm, helpful and knew exactly what I wanted. He helped me save money and get the job done effectively. He was so patient and went over and beyond. He got my job done in under 30 minutes. I was so impressed and happy. Will definitely come back!

I needed a print job quick. The print department associate let me know immediately that the job could be done ahead of stated completion online. I know it always done,, but it's great to know that professional help still exists.

I just turned annoyed and that I did not have the receipt for the manager was not nice at all and I was going to buy the right toner which would be around $50... He told me he had a receipt. His return policy was two weeks after I just went on looked online and that is not the policy of Office Depot, I don't recommend you shop there. There are many wonderful places to shop like Staples and Amazon.

Carey was HUSTLING to get my order done quick and done right! It looks so good and even though he was busy with other people he helped everyone out super quickly and efficiently. Someone give Carey a raise!!

Stopped in for a few items and needed help finding one item. I approached a gentleman in the furniture section, who was not with any customers, and asked him for help. Not sure if Kevin was having a rough morning or is just naturally unfriendly but he acted as if it was a bother for him to show me where the item was. He pointed to an aisle and, then, proceeded to help someone else that entered the area. When I had to ask AGAIN that he show me where the item was the other customers even said "why don't you help him...he was here first." Anyway...he finally walked me over and said he needed an item number in order to know which one it was. So...I was supposed to find it myself but Kevin, the sales associate, couldn't find it. Finally went up front where Eduardo was working the register and answering phone calls. Despite being busy he took the time to help me locate the item!!! THANK YOU EDUARDO!!! And, to Kevin, no need to treat customers SO POORLY!!!
