Where do I even begin? I was in desperate need of a rental service local in my area due to a schedule conflict with my travels. I stumbled upon NY - rent a car - and am I glad I did. I was under duress due to all my scheduled plans changing and Chris made everything run so smoothly. The generosity that Chris portrays to his clients is immaculate. He truly made my first rental experience amazing that I felt indebted to him in the end. Compared to the other local rental services in OC, you definitely can't beat his price. All his rentals come delivered clean and new, not to mention his wide variety of cars in inventory so rest assured, your expectations and requests will be met. I sincerely thank Chris for his amazing hospitality and the kindness he showed me during my rental period. I travel to California quite often so I will definitely be back and I wholeheartedly recommend Chris and NY rent a car if anyone is looking for rental services.

Covid19 and customer service are two different things.
It is a paid job, and there are many problems with the attitude of serving customers who consistently use the service as an excuse for paying for it.

I used to use Enterprise, but since NY is nearby, I used Atlas this spring. The waiting room was very comfortable, and the staff were very friendly and smart. The procedure is also very quick. I am planning to use it during Thanksgiving, is this possible due to the coronavirus? Thanks.

I returned the vehicle on February 17th, and I have not received the $1,000 deposit yet. ㅠㅜ; They said they would give it back when business resumes?!

Last year, I was introduced to it by a local friend and used it. Delivery is a given in Korea, but I heard there is no place that offers delivery for American rental cars. I need to enter the US, but it seems like I can only use it again if it's delivered, even if it's because of the coronavirus. I am planning to re-enter the country in September. Is delivery rental possible?

hello. We had a great time using the Jetta vehicle at the LA branch last fall. Thank you for taking care of the parking ticket issue after returning the vehicle. I'm trying to reserve a rental during the Chuseok holiday, but I'm not sure if the U.S. will be open during that period due to the coronavirus shutdown and protests. What should I do?

The Suite is cheaper. Is it available in the summer? I rented a BMW 440M last fall, and I was thankful that they took care of the towed car late in the morning. The fines in the U.S. are a bit harsh compared to ours. Is there any accommodation at Orange Counter? It seems like everything from rental to lodging is definitely cheap.
