I like the Dr but I've been waiting to have an MRI approved for over a month. Ramone is in charge of the referals and he doesn't return my phone calls. And when i call, they put me on hold for over 10 minutes waiting to talk to him. I hang up and try calling back. It's so unprofessional.

One of the best experiences I've ever had with any doctor of any kind. She was caring and very thorough. This is one of the only times I've ever left the doctor's office actually feeling like I was heard. She is excellent.
