Long lines. Bad service . Always busy. I wish I didn't have this bank . They don't have the staffing for the amount of people that come in

The absolute worst service and questionable ethical acts by employees--including the branch manager. My grandma went in for help due to issues with her card at the ATM. Teller told her to go home and call fraud to get help rather than helping her at the bank. Within the hour and a half that my grandma went home and called fraud, money was taken out of an ATM and thousands of dollars were provided to a someone at the branch in person after she left. She went back to the branch to talk to the bank manager who accussed her of not remembering that she withdrew money rather than help investigate. please watch out for the elderly, as its clear these workers are willing to brush things under the table and take advantage of the elderly. who knows if someone is involved at the bank, or if its negligence on employees to verify identity when making large financial transactions. The only helpful individuals have been those through the online fraud department and the kind officer who took her report and advised her to submit her case to the federal bureau investigation as well.

Hello, I came into the Fullerton location no one was in here. No one waiting to be helped. The teller was on break but the manager was available but refused to help. I needed to deposit cash and coins. Her name was Erica Jaramillo. It would have taken her a few minutes to help me but she refused. This isn't customer service. Thank you Crystal Merchain

This location is the worst. The manager is rude and they always only have 1 person working during lunch hrs which are busiest for most. Why wouldn't you make it convenient for customers especially since most people have limited working hours? Every time I go to deposit a check all locations have the capability to assist. I was specifically told by two other managers that all sites can help if u see someone with an iPad just ask them to help. Today asked Saida and she said she would not help me because I don't have an account for a simple deposit. She tried to dismiss me as if I was not important. This has never been an issue before at any other location but this one. Very inconvenient. What I needed done takes three minutes while others require actual help very disappointing. This specific location will not help even though all others use an iPad to help avoid waiting in line. They are rude avoid this location if possible . Employees sit at their desk when lines are long not helping customers. Very poorly run.

Service at this location is very poor only has 1 person at the window with the manager just walking around doing nothing. Waited in line from an hour & a half just to get Service. Manager need to step up and get his ### to a window and help out just saying. Also there was a lady in front of me that also waited that long and a lady worker had already spoke with her about what she need and she had told her they could help her just to be told at the window they couldn't horrible Service at rhis location.

Business hours are so inconvenient that no matter how early you try to arrive, you'll be waiting an extra hour to be attended. I'm officially closing my account with this bank.

ALWAYS super slow with no more than 2 tellers open. I'm here now, 10 people in line and only 2 slow tellers. I'm switching banks.
