Be careful. He feels you out. He made a big fuss over my vehicles' electrical problem. He said that my "Type" of vehicle is difficult to work on. I know my vehicle. He used his scanner, said the cig lighter didn't work and then asked me, "How much do you want to spend, $300, $500?". ..How much I want to spend?, I replied. I left, went elsewhere and within 30min I was told it was a bad connection with a fuse. New Fuse $5, labor $25. Miller thought I was ignorant and tried to scam me. Be aware. He doesn't like intelligent, sophisticated women. I felt him out as well. I drive a Ford Escape, maintain it above average and its been good to me for 21yrs. And he behaved as if it would take hours upon hours just to find the problem. What a joke and sad at the same time.I also drive a 1961 Ford Falcon, 1959 Chevy Corvette, 2004 Nissan 350Z and my 2012 Jeep Liberty. I love vehicles. I have done tune-ups, oil changes, changed alternators, starters and batteries. I helped my friend build a Ford Pinto Funny car in the 70's that was raced by my friend out in Irvine back in the day. Just be forewarned. Be aware. Go to Al's Electrical repair on Anaheim Blvd. Speak with Nick. Take care everyone!

Rich is the man! I had a terrible electrical issue with my harness and my fuse box and he was able to fix all of it.He is in high demand, but worth the wait.

I stopped by the shop for a brake light that was out (I had changed the bulb and still nothing). Rich Miller started troubleshooting the problem and, within minutes, diagnosed the issue. His charge was more than fair. Instead of ordering the part and marking it up, he simply recommended I go to my local autoparts store. He saved me a lot of money. I will now bring all of my cars here from now on. THANK YOU MILLER AUTO ELECTRIC!!!

I brought my car into Rich after a mechanic did some questionable work on it. Not only did Rich look at my car and explain what was wrong with it, he called the dealership to get prices on parts and gave me advice on how to deal with the previous mechanic. He also shared some tips on how to get my car running better since it's a bit old. Each time I mentioned something like oh, there's a leak, he'd stop and take a look. Rich was great and I can honestly say I've never left a mechanic feeling as safe and secure in my car as I did when leaving Miller Auto Electric.

Very rude and disrespectful owner with the lack of knowledge necessary to complete very mediocre service He seems to be out of help and negative towards things beyond his reach being of his apparent disability. If this individual can't comprehend the problems of a vintage automobile there is no way I would possibly recommend him for even such newer cars . That being said I would never bring my business here or give him a solid Recommendation.

Finding a great mechanic is not easy. When you do you stick with them. Rich Miller has been my go to mechanic for nearly 20 years. He is honest. He has integrity. He knows what he's doing. I so appreciate him that he makes sure my wife's car and my mother's car are safe for them. I can't tell you how much I trust him and this place.

I have used Miller Auto Electric for more than 30 years, Rich Miller is a great mechanic and a good man. I have a 2001 Ford truck and because of Rich it still runs excellent to this day. I would recommend Miller Auto Electric to anyone, they are honest and Friendly.

I've been there twice now. The first time for an electrical issue, the second for a nonelectrical issue. Visit one was for an electric window issue. He ended up charging less than the estimate (which I already thought was more than fair) because the problem, when he got in there, was not what he was guessing it would be but was another problem and easier to fix. The point to take away from this is that with no parts being involved, I would not have been any wiser and he could have charged more if he were not so honest. Went a second time for another issue and he fixed it while I waited as we were leaving that day on vacation and the price was half of what others would charge. They have my business from here on out.
