Very spacious and efficient in receiving customers and handling them. Used to be a Sprint store until I merged with T-Mobile and they came strictly at T-Mobile store. Would return there again and was very pleased with the layout, interior layout. The customers who were waiting for service came from very young to older generations.

These con artists will steal you blind while selling you absolute junk. The phones will break down and then they will make you buy a while new phone. Insurance is a joke because they refuse to honor it.GO WITH ANYONE ELSE THAN T-MOBILE!!!

My phone was dead, from T Mobile so I asked to charge it for 5 minutes so I can backup, I wanted to upgrade. The sales person did not charged my phone so Metro lost a sale

Only one guy with average bed-side manners. But he is efficient as well as the doctor. All business and no socializing. That's how you get the.job done.Front desk guy, very amicable. In and out in a jiffy, but the place is very very difficult to locate because of so many other businesses there. Turn west off Harbor, then right close to the Starbucks.

I called into this store to get a receipt for my phone that I had purchased and tried explaining to the very rude man who answered the phone what was going on. He cut me off and told me to call 611. I told him again my situation and why I needed it, but told me "no no I cant look for it, I cant help you" I asked if he would be able to look at my account to see if it would pop up. He said "No no I cant help you, you're asking for too much" TOO MUCH!! are you kidding me! Then he hangs up, so I call back to get his name & he hangs up again!I would give 0 starts if I could. Who ever this very rude man is needs to quit customer service cause clearly its not for him.

I have always had an impressive experience at the orangethorpe and harbor location! Even through covid, they had a system to efficiently and safely help customers, and gave kept some of those systems like greeting and getting customers in a queue at the door! Streamlines everything perfectly!
