Mark and Nicole treated us with respect. For me respect is not isolated to tone and word choice but extends to whether you keep your word and meet deadlines. Mark and Nicole did just that. This was our first home purchase, transitioning from long-term renters to owners in under a month. The process was dizzying and daunting to us and we were naive about the process. Nicole helped us navigate the financial side of the process and definitely had our best interests at heart. She guided us throughout and explained (in clear, understandable terms, often in real-time) our options and what would work best for us, and was immediately responsive to any questions I had. She concurrently worked with other entities (insurance etc.) to take the weight off of us and made the purchasing process as seamless and smooth as possible. Buying your first home is nerve wrecking but Mark did everything he could to reassure us throughout the process. Even when things did not go quite as planned, Mark was very creative in his solutions and found a way to work around any challenge that we came across. Mark was very professional through every step, talked us through the process and explained everything very clearly. He made sure to explain what would be the worst case but worked very hard to get us the best case results and he succeeded.
