If I could give this site 0 stars I would. I purchased a cpu which was the wrong size. I contacted them 3 times to get an exchange with no reply. Finally someone emailed me from a completely different email and put in a replacement (not an exchange, a replacement) rma ticket. I emailed them 5 more times trying to get it changed because I didn't want to receive the same item back and have to pay for the shipping twice. I sent the product out the day before the ticket expired and they declined my return. Then they emailed me and asked me for my address to send it back. How don't they have my adress?

BAIT AND SWITCH!Item we needed is very specific. Called them and verified this is the unit. Said they had it in-stock and we could will-call it. Once ordered, we were informed the item was not in stock and had to be shipped at an extra cost of $50.00. Once items arrived, they were absolutely not the same item nor could they be used. Contacted them to return with no recourse. Finally contacted Paypal and then received an RMA.DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE!

I can gleam all this from one experience. I purchased what was supposedly a brand new 12TB WD Gold class enterprise data center drive. Within one year the drive failed. OK this happens - went to try to get an RMA from WD... they claimed this drive is a replacement drive given to another customer, which does not carry the full manufacture 5 year warranty, but only a 90 day one.Basically they sold me a drive as "new" when it was a replacement drive from WD for another one. When I tried to contact memory4less over several months to correct this (by phone and email) I received ZERO responses... not even the courtesy of "sucks to be you" which would be better than ignoring it all together. Save yourself hassle and time and don't be tempted by slightly lower prices, you always get what you pay for, not a company worth doing business with unfortunately.

I ordered an xstick and Jessica (one of the representatives) went above and beyond locating one for me. Even when *** messed up, she tracked the package to make sure it got to me!! Even to the point of overnighting it at no cost!! This is an awesome place and i will only be ordering from them for my electronics needs from now on!!! Thank you!! -A satisfied customer

DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE. I bought hard drives - brand new - but got refurbished ones. Tried contacting sales and RMA department through email but no response. Called them and the phone just keeps on ringing. I have read other reviews - after the fact - but the damage has already been done. You have my money, I cant get it back, what goes around comes around and I wish the Arab owners nothing but bad karma.

Purchased a heatsink and paid for a 2 day expedited shipping. No shipping tracking email, had to contact them for the tracking number... Item arrived late in a soft envelop that didn’t protect a very fragile item from being damaged in shipping. The item was smashed and bent, called sales and was told the RMA number will be assigned within 48 hours, 5 days later and numerous phone calls and messages left there is still no RMA #. Will update this review with more info as it becomes available but this is a complete nightmare for a consumer! Stay clear of this company unless you want the run around and horrible customer service!

I ordered 6 of ********* which Memory4Less listed as being in stock for $181.44. They sent me a confirmation of the order then the next day sent me a cancelation notice because they really didn't have them in stock. Went to there website today and they list the same part as being "In Stock" but now at $271.35. I think this company is ripping people off!

Ordered a "refurbished" keyboard. It arrived several days later, in a box from some other company. Opened it, keyboard was filthy (!) and the spacebar was missing. I've tried to get an RMA for 5 days. Chatted with their "Service" and called 6 times (no answer). Their service person I chatted with said they would have to talk with the "Senior Management" (about a keyboard!!!) and would get back to me. Didn't. BE VERY CAUTIOUS IN DEALING WITH THIS COMPANY!

I paid for overnight shipping and it's now 2 days later and It hasn't gone anywhere they just got the label and marked it as shipped hopefully it comes tomorrow atleast.

Horrible experience. Purchased a power supply I needed right away, paid for priority Fed Ex shipping and finally arrived 9 days later after multiple emails the first of which went unanswered. If I could leave negative 10 stars I would. Cost me a lot of extra headaches not having this system up and running. Avoid at all cost just pay more elsewhere. Service is horrible.
