Service department is excellent!Art in the service department is extremely helpful. Fullerton Ford is the only dealership service we take our vehicles to. They care for our personal vehicles and company vehicles.

If you have to deal with Fullerton Ford, just beware!I had a deal in writing and they still wouldn't honortheir word. The money wasn't the issue, it was only about an increase of about twenty dollars. It was theywouldn't honor their word. no trust here.

Fullerton Ford is one of those types of privately owned businesses who genuinely care about their customers. From the moment I ordered my Bronco to the day I took it home, they teated me like family. Something you don't see too often these days. Really made me feel appreciated. I recommend them highly.

I recently bought a car from Fullerton Ford in OC, and I don’t normally do reviews, but felt compelled to after this experience. I dealt with Noah. He was great!! Exceptional customer service and he really fought to make the sale happen. He was honest and transparent with me, and the first time I felt like I could trust a car salesman. In the past, I felt hustled. But Noah is genuine. I couldn’t be more happy with my new car and for the whole experience. Definitely 5 stars!! Ask for Noah!!

Had my car serviced a few times here. Last time was a few months ago. I was told my service package was expiring at the end of the year and to use up 2 more visits. He also told me I me I needed 3 new tires (1was brand new) and brakes soon. I took it in today for an oil change and new tires. Even called 2 days ahead and had them order the tires. I arrived at 12:50 with my 5 year old son on foot. Thinking they closed at 1 pm (my bad). Was told my car wasn't ready. After an hour waiting in the waiting room I was called and asked why I asked for new tires? I said you guys told me last time I needed them, check my glove compartment. He said you don't need them and proceeded to leave me on hold. I got angry . I've now been waiting over an hour and my car is in sight at the back of the lot. I tell the girl who picks up the phone in the other room get you that I'm in the building and I want my car back without the tires I was told I needed. I get to the desk she says oh it's another 10 minutes. Paperwork comes back with wrong color and license plate # and no keys. Didn't get one sorry or told where my vehicle was. I hate this place. NEVER BUY or GET SERVICED AT FULLERTON FORD!!!!!!! I ended walking to my car my son spotted earlier and left. They won't see me again. My last service will be where I bought my car.

I remember this dealership providing great service in the past but upon new management. I do not recommend anyone buying a car or servicing their vehicles here. Poor communication and rude. And unfair mark ups. Definitely shopping else where

Horrible Practices, My father's ranger was not doing so great and he wanted a new truck. We found one he wanted at Fullerton Ford. I called ahead and gave them the price and stock number online. $26,490 Stock number F2693. Got a confirmation and told them the situation and they awaited my fathers arrival. After test driving my dad decides this is what he wants. At this point my dad is now told that this truck is actually $31,000 After going back and forth for a while the final determination from the manager was they need to make a $5,000 mark up even if the vehicle is advertised at a lower price. I still have all the screen shots with this information. Not only is this practice illegal, it is incredibly predatory. Shame on you Fullerton Ford My dad is a nice honest man who just wanted a new truck and not to get ripped off. I am planning on buying a new F-150 next year as well as several other vehicles for my family, you can guarantee it will not be from this stealership.

Just bought a Ford Edge from Fullerton Ford. Tommy Weiser was the best Sales person to work with, professional and knowledgeable. Byron Branch in Finance was informative and made the process smooth and painless. Lot had many choices and the overall feeling was very old school friendly, never felt the "Sales Hustle" highly recommend if your looking a ford.

I often give 4 out of 5 stars, even though I'm completely satisfied with the place. Always room for improvement, right? I know all the old adages about Dealers & mechanics in general ripping people off. Being I mechanic myself, "trust me", I know. But I've had my 07 F350 6.o Diesel here a few times. And each time, I know I'll bring it back here and nowhere else for the things that are either beyond me, I'm not equipped for, or just too lazy to do myself. The Buena Park Ford on Beach ripped me off & sold me a turbo that I didn't need. This place on Commonwealth in Fullerton had no intention of making the same mistake. If you love your Ford, but don't always love making your own repairs... this is where you want to bring it. It's not the cheapest. But if you want it done right the 1st time, you can't beat it. Needed some Serious A/C work. Taking a trip to Colorado this August. LOTTA desert between SoCal and there. And I'm Confident this trip will be a (cool) breeze. Thank you Fullerton Ford for keeping my F350 "First On Race Day"!

Disappointed with service. Never had a problem with McCoy Mills. Set up a pick up appointment for my vehicle recently. Called them an hour after pick up time. Guy said he'd have service director sort it out. I called back 4 hours later. Got the run around. When I offered my confirmation number they didn't want it. What even is that. I can get mistreated like this by a dealer a lot closer. The devil you know......
