This dealership is not reliable after multiple times of using its services. There were 20% of good days but 80% of the time, the service rep (Ryan Bogart) does not have the sense of mannerism to return calls or emails. The tip of the the iceberg was , had them fixed the taillight of a work truck for a few days only to be returned UNREPAIRED. The tailight was still hanging from the truck when it was returned. It is so bizzarre that this happened . Contacted Ryan and he never got back to me. Went to a different Ford in the area instead and solved the issue in a day that took this dealership 3 weeks. Waste of energy and time

Had to bring my car in for service, they had it done the same day! Communication between myself and the service department was easy and Fernando was personable and friendly as usual. Always a great experience!

Buying process wasn’t that bad. But I stated multiple times I was using my bank to finance and they got everything set up with ford credit. Utterly furious with their blatant fraud. Essentially got screwed over in rates since they’ve gone up since I bought my truck.

We were 2000 miles from home when our truck started having issues. Chris at the service department stepped up, got our truck fixed and us back on the road. Everyone there was so great and worked so fast to get the truck fixed. Literally saved us. We are soo grateful and honestly the best dealership ever in every way!!!!

Bought a bronco raptor here and the sales rep imad was great if you’re looking for someone who is no pressure but will make it work for you, he’s your guy.

UPDATE July 24th: Kelly is awesome!! She reached out about my concerns, and not only worked with me on the original deal, she also found extra discounts! I love when business go the extra mile to reach out. She really listened to my concerns and found a way to make it right!
July 13th: I like to buy cars online. So when Fullerton Ford had a great deal on a Ford Explorer I jumped at it. Got confirmation of the price, discounts, and incentives along with the interest rate of .9%. I currently have a Ford Explorer and just wanted a newer version. Of course they just couldn’t honor their pricing!!! Got to dealer and the price jumped! Lots of add ons and they couldn’t honor the interest rate and discounts/incentives. The interest rate from .9 to 9.99 precent . Are you kidding me!!! Don’t advertise and put it in writing to waste people time.. what a bunch of scam artist!!!
