Great experience! Devon was quite knowledgeable. We bought the first mattress we tried. We did try several but we fell for the first quite quickly! The process was easy and I did not feel like it was not a sales pitch. Thank you for all your help.

Caesar was INCREDIBLY helpful. He was patient, attentive, knowledgeable, and very friendly. Mattress Firm was the first stop on our list of several stores to look at and my wife and I agreed we were just looking until we saw all the options, however Caesar made it so easy we were sold at the very first stop. After leaving the store my wife and I both agreed we wouldn’t have bought a mattress so quickly if it weren’t for Caesar and his knowledge and friendliness.

The sales man Devon Ponce was amazing. He was super courteous, knowledgeable and very very customer oriented. I have gone to other Mattress Firms in the past and never received this type of service. I thought he was Upper Management and was surprised at the fact that he was not. He definately gave me the assistance I needed.

Sonny was very welcoming upon our arrival. We came to look at two mattresses we saw online that were the style bed we were looking for and in our price range. He showed us to those mattresses and, although they were nice, they just weren’t the comfort we needed. Sonny asked us some details about what we were looking for and directed us to another bed that we fell in love with. There was an adjustable base promo and Sonny showed us and discussed the different options available for the base versus a standard foundation. We were curious about a higher end adjustable base and he was able to share information on that one and others, too. Needless to say we went with the mattress Sonny showed us and the upgraded adjustable base. The other person in the store, Devon, was very helpful in giving us information about the 120 day return/exchange policy and the warranties for the mattress and base. Very friendly and informative store compared to other named stores we visited. They really took to the time to answer our many questions and made us confident about our purchase with a price we couldn’t get elsewhere.

I had such a great experience here! Mimi helped us out tremendously we felt as if it wasn’t just a sale for her she was ultimately trying to assist us. We appreciate her patience especially since the mattress we were getting was for my handicap mother. I will definitely be going through Mimi at Mattress Firm again. My family and I went looking for a mattress. Mimi, was the young lady that assisted us in showing us the various models. She was very knowledgeable and a great people person. We ended up getting a Queen mattress and an adjustable bed frame at a great price plus she gave us an extra discount! Thank you!

Leo did a great job at answering our questions and explaining all the differences between so many different options of mattresses. We ended up not buying anything the first time we walked in, but then came back the next day to make a purchase. He was super helpful in keeping costs and our needs priority! There are many options online, but to be in a store and talk to an expert was just what we needed to make a big purchase! Highly recommend!

Came in to buy my mom a tempurpedic mattress during the Labor Day sales. And that I did all thanks to Leo! He was very knowledgeable and helpful in making the purchase. He did a great job explaining everything to allow me to find the perfect fit for my mom. And on top of that hooked it up with some extra discounts. All in all great experience and if my mom loves it I’ll be coming back in the future to my myself one!

My experience was great and super ez with Devon! He asked me what I was looking for and showed me just that. Then ask if that met my needs. He asked if he could make a suggestion. His suggestion was exactly what I was looking for and in budget! I bought it on the spot and took it home. I was in the store for 30 mins! My time was not wasted with any up sales or fluff.
