They been in the my family for 13 years and now they stood us up 3 times. And now charging a service fee all of a sudden. Said he'll be here in 20mins and ita been a hour. If you don't want to do it just say it. I don't mind paying service fee but at this point they don't deserve any of my money. Now in 2024 he is Not dependable

I love this place but have my issues with them. Phone number works but no VM set up and usually no one answers. Technician/sales guy is great when he's there and super nice, but really flakey. I'm trying to give you guys business, it would be nice if you returned my calls

Just don't! Sold me a broken washing machine that didn't work the moment I hooked it up. Visited their closed shop with the broken one in truck for exchange every day for 2 weeks... voicemails are full and every text appointment I made they did not show up...also they make you pay cash. Scam!!

Really awesome owner! He trouble shot my washer quickly and saved me from buying a new one! He found a bra wire stuck in the pump! I'll definitely go to Mary's Appliances again and recommend them to others. Thanks Juan!

The worst applicance providers
Second time I used them after years and had the same exact result
Once appliance was delivered it was non functioning yet company had already charged my account Double what the agreed upon price was
For the second time had to return appliances and finally get my money back

I bought a fridge in December and it broke in April. Tried to get it fixed but was going to cost about the same as the fridge cost me. Tried to get one of their mechanics to work on it and he was a day n a half late and when he arrived he was rude to my girlfriend. Had to throw away all my food. Was a total disaster. Scratched up my floor in the process. Just going to buy from a big company and try to forget about this experience. Hope this review helps.

My husband stopped by and asked about picking up a dishwasher that has never been used. Left message and received no call back. I stopped by regarding picking up same dishwasher and the man said he could pickup between 10 and 11 am today. Text info as to where to pickup and have yet to hear back from anyone regarding pickup. HOW IS THIS PLACE STILL IN BUSINESS???????

My mother called this company to repair her GE washer. The handyman “repaired” it after taking the washer for a few days. When he returned, the washer was not the same one he took. This washer had a different serial number and my mom asked him and he denied switching the washers. He said he changed the parts and that is why the number changed. Well now this replacement washer has broken as well and once again we called him in hopes that he would repair it or shed some light on the situation. He said he would come by at noon on 1/17/18 and he never showed. He also stopped answering her calls. After taking his $400 payment and swapping the washer that is now broken we need a brand new washer because the issue with the washer he swapped is far more costly than what the washer is worth. He has no respect for others’ time and he is not an honest man. I recommend taking your business elsewhere. If he is not going to get money out of you, he much rather ignore your calls, especially if you are calling him out on his wrong doing.
