This is the WORST beauty supply for women of color! The owner doesn't even know the difference between "silky" and "kinky" hair! She was very RUDE! Everything in the store is over priced! Go to Walmart or another beauty store. The only selection they have of weave hair is silky! Save yourself the trip and money! This place is highway robbery!!

If you like to be followed around while trying to shop, come to this place. Workers here have a nasty attitude, I wouldn’t recommend buying stuff from here. Plus the items are over priced.

Great pricing and they are super helpful! I went in for the first time to buy 4 bundles and they gave me tons of options and helped with color matching as well. It was a bit of a drive for me but it was 100% worth it.

So I have been coming here for a few years and haven't always had the best customer service! Just one certain employee who is pretty much always there . In fact, the first couple years and handful of high priced purchases it was downright horrible but if I wanted my extensions right then that's my only choice as I am a fan of their Good Morning Tape In hair and they are the ONLY ones who carry it as I think it's their own brand or something? Well then I had to deal with it . Not only that they have always been overpriced imo so I subjected myself to the mean employee and the high prices but hey I wanted the hair and though I can buy better hair online I don't wanna wait for it and sometimes I need to see the color in person depending on what I'm up to with my hair that time. Such is life! Well what's funny is the last 4-5 times I have been there and purchased hair or decided not to if they didn't have the right color or what not the SAME girl has been nothing but sweet as pie to me!! It's so weird . Mind you I have always spent a lot of money there and even more meow since i buy more hair and prices have gone up as well. But still she is so sweet meow and helpful and doesn't get all annoyed . So hats off to her for changing up her attitude because it means a lot to me not to have to feel like crap when I go in there! The prices still are super high and have gone up even more recently on the hair I use. Naturally like everything else so I wasn't surprised. Though it did go up significantly. I spent over $900 this time for two packs of 22inch tape in and 3-4 individual pieces of 18inch in the same color for the top of my hair and since I estimated I would need a few more pieces and half packs were not a good deal! Go figure you think it would just be half the price! Nah. I was ok with paying that much because in the past I have had really good results with this brand and it has always lasted me quite a long time. In the past I have always purchased lighter colors in this brand only . Darkest being maybe a level 7 dark blonde. This time I believe I purchased a level 4 which was more like a 3 mixed with 27 a lighter blonde . It has washed out to be this dark still on top and much much lighter towards the ends to the point where it's still very striped in the top areas of the piece and all blended towards the bottom with no noticeable difference in color variance . Annoying . So there is the first issue and the least problematic of this disaster and waste of money I'm dealing with right meow ! Second and most worrisome is how much hair is lost from shedding ! More than half its weight is gone and still going every time I brush my hair which tends to be often as it's so dry it tangles and no matter what I do to alleviate that it never is any better .
