I was not expecting these to be high quality but I was completely blown away when they arrived. They are solid and very well made and the quality far surpassed any expectations I had. They're going to make our wedding absolutely beautiful! 10/10 recommend these! The price is also amazing and believe me I spent 2 weeks searching and shopping for these and trying to find an affordable option. I'd truly given up hope until I found these!

Do not order from here unless you're 110% certain you want something. Company does not pay for return labels!! I ordered something for $64 and would have to pay $56 to return it due to the size of it, even though it's only 5lbs. Unacceptable for a company to not offer return labels.

The stand looked nice, but it was so unstable and wobbly when assembled. It said it would hold up to 20 lbs, but we were hesitant to put a 5 lb item on it. When I tried to return it, return shipping was going to be $38 for a $69 item. Complete waste of money.

I love these chargers, but was sad to see they varied in appearance from my original purchase. The first 2 sets I bought had gold leaf outline filled with silver from behind. Whereas the new set had the gold leaf outline bit see-through - no background fill. They kind-of don’t match?. Still pretty, though.

Incredibly good customer service. Had a small problem with a product (that had been delivered quickly) and they made it right quickly and to full satisfaction. Good quality too.

Our experience was not good. I inadvertently purchased the wrong size candlesticks and needed to return them. It was over $300.00 at Fed-Ex which we did not pay. The worst part is we then realized that you can buy Koyal products through Amazon with free returns. Lesson learned and we will know better next time!
