Love Kohl's they always have such cute clothes for kids. I am super disappointed that Rock N Republic got discontinued from the store because that's all I liked for clothing there lol. But I am so happy they brought Sephora where woman's makeup heaven is lol. I would recommend this store all the workers here are really friendly and helpful! Have a really beautiful day! Be kind to everyone and make your day and theirs :)

The store on yorba Linda Blvd is always a pleasure to go to. It's friendly, clean & sale prices the best! It's the only place I've been able to get the cotton tanks & tops that I need to wear!

Came in to return an item it was Black Friday. Customer service was closed, no exchanges or returns. I was told by an employee this was Kohls policy for several years. I called La Habra they had not heard of such a thing, was able to go there do my return and buy some more things. I even received Kohls cash at La Habra, nothing at Fullerton. Terrible customer service.

I knew exactly what I wanted to purchase so the buying experience was rather quick. The store was immaculate; good sales going on including the microwave oven I purchased. I enjoy shopping at Kohl's. It's actually the only credit card I kept open for my needs - clothes for women, men, children, infants; shoes, kitchen appliances, make-up. Too bad no more jewelry.

Kohl's in Fullerton was recently a disappointing visit. I was not aware they did away with the jewelry department & customer service associates! Had to wait about 15 ormore minutes for me to try to get someone to acknowledge me! They had one checker & I pulled a floor clerk to help on the register! Hope they make it, but not like this!

I don't understand the appeal of this store: it has a small selection of full priced items that you can get at many different stores for the same price and online cheaper. LThere js a full sized Sephora right at the front of the store that has a better selection of items than the one at the the Brea Mall.The store also does Amazon returns without a kiosk, which is a much better experience than going to Whole Foods.Note that discounts received at Kohl's do not apply to purchases at Sephora.

This store is horrible. Example, today I went to buy slacks and a belt. The slacks are stacked randomly in each display,, very few hung up,, small mixed with large sizes, blues in blacks, various brands and makes mixed together....finding my size in something I wanted would have been easier if they just pushed them all into one big pile. I would have to walk so much to dig! Then I needed that belt! I looked and looked for belts and couldn't them. I walked around and around always ending back in slacks and suits where logic would have placed them.. Logic...not here at this store silly me I asked the store employee working in the slacks and suits section where the belts might be found. She said in pants.....I said we are in pants where are they? She didn't know and didn't care, I don't work this section..bla bla...then off she went. No help for me! So I tracked down two more employees. I had to go to shoes to find anyone as the employees don't go out of their way to help. These two tell me the belts are with the suits. I told them I was just in there and their fellow employee couldn'tfind them, come show me, point at them. Nope, they don't know if they are there. They then got on the radio to ask where belts are. Dead air. No one replie! Managers and all...ignored their call! Sorry we don't know. Really? No one knows where belts are? No one? So no belt. At least I had slacks.... I waited in a very short line for a very long time while two very slow, disheveled and forlorn looking employees checked out people. My turn is suffering numerous sales pitches for credit and rewards and...until I bluntly said I just want to pay and go. Didn't make me popular. I almost never shop here because it is so bad. So it is my fault for not going someplace better. Save yourself the trouble...
