Employees are not friendly at this location and will show agitation and mock you when you ask for help. The older bigger lady at the fabric counter had her eyebrows furrowed and was condescending when I asked her if a specific fabric would be good for a skirt. Her attitude and aggression needs to get checked.

I come here every couple months and one thing is for certain - they have not once greeted me upon entry, which I find odd since they'll greet others as I'm standing in line to pay. Sales associates aren't the nicest but aren't the rudest either. They have good deals after every major holiday, so its the best time to snag some seasonal decor.

My daughter has been getting real serious with her crafting. We went to the Fullerton location tonight. Yuriko was so awesome. She was patient and helped my daughter with all of her questions. We will definitely make this our only stop for all of my daughters projects.

I don't typically go to Joann but my experience was bad. I go in looking for paint, which I found. Thinking I'd get it for 12.99 but it popped up as 18.99 I guess it had been in the wrong spot but it was multiples in the wrong spot the manager goes and looks and she took a picture of it and showed me it and it was scooted a little closer to the actual spot then what I found it at. I'm guessing she moved it . They really need to be organized better so this doesn't happen again. As someone who worked in retail like this I understand making sure every thing is in the right spot to ensure a good costumer experience but I can tell everything in there is all over the place. It's messy. And misinforming costumers also not to mention the manager was rude about it and wasn't understanding at all. She needs more costumer service training.

I don't sew, but I do visit about once or twice a month for seasonal decorations for our office. Coupons are still confusing, but cashiers are knowledgeable and do make an effort to get me the best deals. The selection is great and the store is clean. I say 3 stars because a certain sales associate gets a little too antagonistic on the floor and it's awkward hearing it an aisle over, only to be greeted in a friendlier tone when I'm acknowledged. I complained at the beginning of this year to someone about my cashier tearing up because of them, but I don't know if my complaint reached managers. Just left a bad taste in my mouth. Still see her around, but I may need to change Joann's for Valentines Day and the rest next year if she keeps this up.

They have an excellent selection. Everything you could imagine for arts and crafts. They have a buy three get too free deal right now! However, employees are not very friendly or helpful.
