Looking at all good reviews, must be this owners family and friends- typical and patheticRidiculousHorrid service or there lackofCalled like a normal potential customer to ask for an appointmentDude who doesnt speak english and grunts at you answers, HUHWHAT DO YOU WANTHUH and proceeds to hang up on me after i ask if the 4:15 appt i inquired about is confirmedThen i get here at 4:13, walk in, disgusting run down office, some creepy dude in the backoffice, reeking of cigarettes in this lobby, doesnt bother to come greet his guestsWtf? Uh ok i literally see you in your decrepit creepy blacked out office with your door wide openedI genuinely hate embarrassing establishments like this, boggles me how places like this continue to stay in businessI stood in the disgusting cigarette lobby for a good 10 minutes, called it a day, and went right next door to Discount Tire & got greeted, helped, and got my oil change done in under 30 minutes, as a walk-in, so go thereComing from a small business/customer service background, i have no patience for places like this anymore and these places need to get called out so people just stop coming here and being disrespected. Im Korean and this place as ABSOLUTE no 100000000% Dont bother coming here

This is the first place I would go for a check-up and repair my car. They have never disappointed me since my first visit 12 years ago. Thanks, Mr. Jay and his staff, for the great service and reasonable price. :)

This place is the only auto shop I take my car to. What I value most about this shop is how honest they are. They go above and beyond and don't add on crazy hidden fees or bogus service charges. The most recent time I went I had a mangled undercarriage plate and the owner's son (Jay) hammered it out for free while I was waiting for a replacement to ship in. Don't hesitate to come here!

RUN DON'T WALK FROM HERE! The very moment you walk through the front door you are accosted by an appalling cigarette stench that steals away your sense of smell. The view is not much better as you can clearly see dusty, oily, outdated, clutter everywhere as it fills up an already small dungy would be sitting area filled with filthy boxes and a suspect coach. As you stand waiting to be greeted for a few minutes the owner who has been sitting in his corner office with a cigarette in hand paying no attention to his potential customer finally shuffles over with an unwelcoming scowl. Be warned, the old man (owner) is VERY RUDE and unabashedly UNPROFESSIONAL. There is an old saying about mechanics, you can tell how well they take pride in their work by how well they take pride in their tools. Not good!

This auto shop is honest, fast, and very affordable compared to the car dealers. I took my Odyssey a few times and they fixed it either on the spot or in a half-day. Highly recommend if you are good with a local mechanic feel
