Joanne is the best! My fiancé and I came here prior to getting engaged to get an idea of what we were looking for in a ring. She was very knowledgeable, personable, and patient. When it came down to my fiancé choosing a ring, she remembered the small details I mentioned in our past visit. My fiancé also wanted to highlight that Joanne is not sales-y and genuinely wants you to choose a piece that you will love for years. We've also purchased several pairs of earrings here and will continue to come back. We would highly recommend J&K if you're looking for a jeweler!

Initially went along with my parents for what I thought was getting a family friend's jewelry ordered, but my parents surprised me with a ring. My parents provided the stones while my sister and I chose our ring settings. Joanne offered a variety of ring settings and allowed me to take my time and try them on as I pleased. Most were 14k. I chose a cross cross micropavé band with a square halo. It was a hard choice between other settings such as a setting that would have the center stone flush with the halo and one with a singular band that did not split like the criss-cross band. Joanne also offered to clean my mom's jewelry and sized both me and my sister for fit. She was very hospitable and offered us cold bottled water. Overall, it was quite an enjoyable time shopping. Now that I've discovered J&K, I'll be back for my jewelry repair and future needs.

My husband been wanting me to upgrade my engagement band, but I told him it's "perfect" the way it is. 2 years later we went to look for our wedding band @jandkbestjewelry in Fullerton. Joanna showed me this set first and I loved it right away. I didn't look at my other ring option; I just knew this was the one. She cleaned my Diamond really nice too. They had beautiful bracelets and necklaces too that I want to buy, but my husband told me to hold off on it. We'll be back for it though!!!

Great service here. My wife and I purchased our wedding bands here. The service was amazing and very accommodating. They were able to size it for us very quickly. My wife had her band custom made here and they gave us some great recommendations that we didn't even think about. We came back again and purchased a tungsten ring for me because my work would normally damage the gold ring. Again, they were awesome and super nice. Love working with them!

Went here from a recommendation from my family. It is located in a Jewel Mart with a bunch of other vendors but make sure to go to see Sharron at S&S! After looking at online sources she saved me thousands and I mean Thousands! Sharron is also awesome to work with and helped me through all the ins and outs of rings that I didn't even think about. I would recommend this place to people looking from small to big. She's a blast to work with. I went a little crazy but she said yes!

S&S offers great prices and exceptional customer service. My friend referred them to me and after my first visit I was sold; I found them to offer better prices than the bigger jewelry mart stores in the county, and their friendly demeanor cant be beat!
