Dogs carry coronavirus. At Home Depot, I wear a mask. People should mask their dogs or leave them home. I've had a dog bite into my leg brace at Home Depot. Fortunately, it let go quickly. Now, I carry a self-defense weapon, just in case. The wort is people bringing their dogs into food markets. That's illegal!

Mussa was so helpful and dedicated! He really helped us secure the new patio set we had just purchased to our truck to ensure safe transport. Super friendly too! I'll go out my way to visit this HD because it's well maintained and has great associates.

I am not one to write a bad review, but Home Depots installtion/delivery service is the worst, as is their customer service. I purchased a washer dryer in Laguna Niguel and had it delivered to my new home in Fullerton. I had purchased the package: higher quality water hoses, vent, gas hose etc. The installer put on rubber water hoses and tried to tell me they were the wire mesh upgrade that I purchased. I had him remove the ruber and get the correct hoses. The vent they brought didn't work, it was not flexible. Fourtunately, I had a new flex hose that worked. He filled the machine with water before removing all the styrafoam balls. (took me forever to remove all the 100's of tiny wet balls stuck in the washer. When I did my first wash I discovered he had switched the hoses so now hot is cold and cold is hot. Now I have to have my handy man come over and reverse the hoses. I cannot pull the stack washer dyer out myself. Just went to Home Depot in Fullerton to return the $30 dryer vent that didn't work and asked for them to refund the $40 installation fee as well. After waiting almost 1 hour they informed me I had to drive back to Laguna Niguel to refund the dry vent and the installtion fee. Geez, good thing I didn't move to Colorado.

Awful. Never anyone around when you need them. Tried to get carpet for the last two days. No one was available, and I was told that the department had already gone home for the day. What time do they go home, noon? Even better, it's not even one of those items I can order online to have ready for me to pick up. So I have to just call in, show up, and HOPE someone is there to cut carpet. Never again. Screw this location.

I've had this problem three or four times and I have mentioned it to three employees but my report does not appear to be getting passed on to management. First I want to say the Home Depot on Placentia Ave. has almost perfected curbside pickup. But here is the problem I have experienced four times now. I place the order online. I get an email saying it is ready for pickup. I go to the store and park in a curbside pickup space. I open the email and click on I'M AT THE STORE. I'm taken to another site where I enter my parking space number, order number, vehicle description and cell phone number. I check the box that says I'm in the curbside pickup area. So far so good. I then push the button that says BRING MY ORDER OUT. That button however is grayed out although it appears to depress. Ten minutes later I have not had my order brought out and no one has called me. I call the store number and ask for curbside pickup and give them all my information all over again. Then someone brings my order out. So there are two problems (1) the app does not seem to be working properly and (2) my complaints to the employees about the problem are not brought to management's attention. Maybe I'm the only one having this problem but it's happened four times now. Other than this everything else about Home Depot is wonderful.

My review is for this stores implementation of Covid standards and equipment rental. There is a employee at the garden center entrance standing by a sign that clearly states No Entrance - Exit Only. I observed her allowing a man to enter just because he told her "my wife is in there". I asked her why she allowed him to go in and she said well he said his wife as in there. I asked her how she knew that the man wasn't lying. She replied "Oh your right I won't do that again." Better yet lady do your job, restrict entrance as the sign states. Rental - When you go to rent from this store and they tell you "this is the last one available" throughly check all features because most likely as in my case you get the bottom of the barrel. Employees do not inspect returned equipment for damage. Items are just rented out to the next guy.

Went to the Fullerton store today with my elderly mother, she wanted soil and flowers to cheer up the yard. We went to the garden department and was turned away. They wanted us to go to the main entrance. I told the ignorant boy that my mother could not walk that far and he said he could not let her in because they wanted to count people as they came in the store. Well it took my mom about 6 minutes to walk to the garden area and we were only 4 cars away from the garden entrance. After we got back to the car I called the store and asked to speak to a manager, they transfered me 4 times then hung up on me. So I went home to get lunch and calm down. I just tried to call again and the phone rings and there is no answer. I am frustrated beyond belief.

Home Depot Placentia is YUGE! It's located in the same parking lot as SAMS Club and has a lot of space for parking. I'm rarely here, but it's full of everything you could ever need or want for your home or gardening project. I'm usually here for basic things: paint, nails and screws, cool light bulbs. They also carry quarantine things like bottled water, bleach and industrial cleaning products.

I was not happy because the employees in Bria what are not very helpful. So my poor tractor suggestive me to go to some other nearby home Depot. So I decided to try. We went to Fullerton home Depot on placentia avenue and the moment I went to the flooring section Richard ask me if I need any help. I told him my requirement. He after listening to it very carefully called other partner which is also in the pictures attached. And not only the help me I'm getting the vinyl I wanted but also help me in putting that in my truck. Throughout the conversation both of them were very respectful helping and trust me they're very knowledgeable. I just want to thank them and their managers should feel lucky to have employees like Richard and other lady. Thank you so much Richard. I appreciate the way you work Buddy God bless you.

Went to Home Depot in Fullerton today to try and purchase an in-stock item, a rolling workbench for my wife's hobby room.Walked around in the hardware section for a few minutes, looking for an employee to help me, since it wasn't stored on the floor due to its size. When no employee came and none were in sight, I asked an employee at the counter for assistance, who said they'd page one and that he'd be with me shortly. Ten minutes later, no employee. I walked to the employee at the counter again, who indicated that she'd paged the employee in hardware already.A few minutes later, I saw the hardware employee, Mike, walk by; the counter employee said there was a guest waiting, but he said something and walked off without acknowledging me or stopping to help.It was then that I decided to shop elsewhere, the $389 sale was better made somewhere where they value their customers just a little more.Total time spent in the store? Twenty minutes. No help, no sale. Oh, well. Maybe next time.

I called to see if they had carpet cleaner available for rental, the employee over the phone said yes it was and even instructed me that I need a shampoo for it. I drive over there, wait in line just for the employee working the tool rental department say it's been broken and in pieces for over 1 week? Lol seriously wasted my time and gas. Employees need to inform themselves on what's in stock before giving a direct answer. And online they still say they have it in stock when they clearly don't

I got to admit this wasn't my first problem ive had with Home Depot thats why i cant give five stars. I bought a microwave in 2016 and also bought a extra five year warranty and i had a receipt showing i did. So upon my GE microwave catching fire behind the control panel i spent a week talking with Asurion the warranty holder with no evail because I returned the first microwave upon delivery because it was the wrong size unknowing to me my warranty was canceled and Home Depot didnt tell me that my warranty receipt was no longer good. When i traded the first microwave in my Home Depot associate said i didnt need to buy a warranty again because its sold separate but almost four years later i found out that was not the case. HD should of sold me another warranty because the entire transaction was deleted including my warranty even though i have a receipt showing i have a warranty! So after a week of pulling teeth i went back to Home Depot Fullerton and talked to Francine at the Return desk and she called her manager and came back to me with good news saying it wasnt my fault that i didnt have a warranty even though i had my warranty receipt for the burned up microwave. Thank you Francine for listening and helping me getting a new microwave on store credit.
