Had some logistical incorrect things completed on Penske's end and Owen was SO professional and helpful to fix the issue. I was almost wrongfully charged $80+ for some damages/tank not being full but thank goodness I had photo evidence to show, so Owen was able to reverse these charges. Shoutout to Owen for fixing a mistake that wasn't his!!

Bad experience today. I waited about 30mins in my truck for my curbside pickup, had to go inside, because I called and no one bothered to answer the phone... Mind you, there was NO ONE other than me... My order was for a single SKU, not complicated. Not only that, but the guy who loaded, not only just tossed the bags in the back but took the liberty of taking my tarp that I deliberately put down in the bed to put the salts bags on top of, and pushed it to the side I put it there to protect my brand new truck bed, but I didn't catch it until I drove down the road and it nearly flew out the back, this is the true meaning of jealousy... horrible.

I would say the service is lacking, BUT there is NO service. One cashier. "Aron" Watched the customer in front of us purchase his items, reached down and picked them up off of the counter and bagged them himself. No communication from the cashier... We pushed our cart to the cashier, no interaction at all , he scanned my item while it was still in the cart. We paid by credit card, and were handed the receipt. My wife said thank you and the cashier said yep. OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE !!!! I wonder, was the cashier upset that he had to wait on customers instead of us using self checkout ??? The answer is the more of us that use self checkout, soon there won't be any need for horrible customer service cashiers.....

Glad I came to this Home Depot John in the appliances was very helpful and we found the exact refrigerator we needed for our new home. Mentioned the deals for this month ending today. He was easy to talk to and he knows his stuff. I'd say the best in the west! Thanks again!

Went to the HD store to order a dishwasher turns out no one was working in appliance department. Call the manager and a confirm the worker is out and they have no backup person to cover sales at the department. The hastily send me to the customer service desk to make the order. Service desk just say this is not what they do and it is just the same as I go home and order it online while she was busy with her own paper work. A different associate with a kind soul at the service desk overheard and came over and help me order it at the store computer. What is the point of a brick and mortar store with employees in sales?The dishwasher was delivered on schedule. But the crew was in a rush and did not install some of the parts onto the dishwasher. Called customer service and had to schedule another crew to come back on another day, but this time carrying the wrong part. The crew did not bother to make a call to the office to rectified the issue and left it is up to me to call customer service again. Another crew was assigned and scheduled on another day after the following weekend. This time the crew was not given any part based on the crew saying they were expecting a different model number than the one that actually is partially installed. No one bothered to check the order number which was referenced on every call of which exact machine was installed. This crew however have the decency to call the office on the spot to clarify what is needed and took picture of the page out of the installation book that describes the part that is missing and not installed. The office have to schedule yet another visit for the installation of the part. This installation experience really is the all time worst. I paid for a professional installation and yet after 5 days the dishwasher is still not fully installed and fully functional. I want a refund for the professional installation I paid for.

It's like all the home depot stores they have all the materials tou need but are always short handed and most of the stuff you need depending on the area is on the middle or top shelf so you need employee assistance and not all are qualified to use forklift and the one that get qualified get let go after a few years because they get paid more

Really hard to believe this home Depot only has one person working lumber. I waited 30 min for someone to come help me . Ridiculous. Should have just went to ganahl lumber .

Scott in garden at fullerton store was such a professional and very curtios to myself and others as I witnessed. He is very knowledgeable when it comes to garden area. I would recommend a award or recognition for his professionalism. Thank you loyal customer.
