We've been donating for years to the goodwill, and last weekend we had a horrible experience in Brea CA location. We had a garage sale and our first truck load we had told them we had 4 more truck loads coming, they said no problem. All good first 2 times, when we got to the 3rd load there was a different employee that was rude and wouldn't speak English, he wouldn't help us (we are in our mid- 60s) and he kept saying NO and putting things back in my truck when I'm trying to unload with my hurt wrist, it was so frustrating. He just kept pointing and speaking Spanish. I threw a couple shower rods out of the truck to my right that he put back in there. All of a sudden, he claimed I hit him, he wasn't even near where I threw them. He is a liar! His mgr came out and started threatening us and I asked for her name and she wouldn't give it to me. I asked to show me the video that I hit him, they wouldn't. There was another lady standing there waiting and they told her they wouldn't take her table after she called and they told her they would. This was the worse experience, and I will never donate to a goodwill again!!! I have a pic of the mgr if Goodwill cares to know... Terrible goodwill location in BREA CA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Dont go there unless you enjoy harassment!

This Goodwill looks beautiful as you walk in. But as I walk through the clothing aisles I see people pulling out the color of the week.
VERY IMPORTANT to everyone. The workers they USE to do that our disability people. I capitalize the word "USE" because I feel they are using them and will use them if someone call them out about pulling the color of the week.

I went into the store because I had some extra time, I walked out with more than I thought. This is the cleanest most organized Goodwill I have ever been too, also the workers were the friendliest people ready to help when needed. I will definitely come back to shop some more at this specific store!

I always find something every time I come here! I am able to find size L pants and the fitting rooms are clean and available for use. The staff is friendly and they accept donations in the back.

Too expensive for me. I prefer Slavation Army and I also donate to Salvation Army as well.

In my experience it's 50/50 whether you'll find anything you want at this thrift store, though that is part of the nature of thrifting at smaller locations. I don't really look at the clothes here do I can't speak to that. Aisles are pretty narrow, so when it's mildly crowded it feels a bit claustrophobic squeezing past people. Most aisles are passably organized, but there's a couple sections with miscellaneous items that are a mess and difficult to look through. Staff is nice, but the checkout line can take a while even with just a couple people on front of you.I've both biked and driven here. The car parking lot can be crowded, but there's always a space somewhere as it's a big lot. You won't have to walk far, but you're not likely to get the closest spaces to the store. For bike parking, there's a couple metal structures on the wall next to the entrance between the store and the grocery store next to it. I thought they were bike parking (you can see bikes locked to them from street view) but I'm not sure as they recently added fake leaves in the middle, making it much harder to lock a bike to it. If these aren't meant to be bike parking, I wish they would install racks in the chained off section of parking lot right in front of the store.

Super Small, Smells bad, Very ugly shelves$15 for all pants$8 for any shirt$5 for nasty scratched plates$5 for small clay pot$20 for dirty adidasClothing Aisles only fit 1 person!!!Nice updated key fitting room but i couldn't flag a worker downSaw one worker on the floorPrices are ridiculousI spent $45 total and the young girl wouldn't even give me the heavy duty hanger for the jacket. They also didn't have large bags so i had to carry out my jacketIt's a thrift store 501c3 that "hires people with disabilities" at that!Humble yourself and bring down those prices. People would be able to buy moreI didn't see one person with a developmental disability working that you claim to give jobs toMost Goodwill's have 1-2 workers and that's itSo don't bull me on prices and that's why you have to have them so highShop at your small business local thrift storeGoodwill thinks they live in Beverly hills501c3 !!!!!!!

Going into the store and asking for help was a breeze! Maria was there to assist me every step of the way. She went above and beyond to ensure I had a great costume for my Halloween party. I asked for the dress from the mannequin, and she was quick to help and get it down for me. I highly recommend seeking her out if you need assistance! the cashiers are top-notch as well, providing excellent service with a smile. And let me tell you, the store was spotless! It's clear that they take great pride in maintaining a clean store.Overall, a wonderful experience

Unfortunately, there are no exchanges allowed. I will not buy clothing here for anyone. The staff is not so efficient; there were two people at the counter but only one was doing the register. There is no customer service at this store.

I went here today, Friday August 11th, and so disappointed. It was awfully priced. So many pieces of clothings marked so high, i researched and found many of the shirt priced liked $14.99 i could have bought on Amazon for new at that price. Goodwill is Ridiculous. I will never return to this location!

Mother's making hard choices on furnishings... Kids being kids keeping mom insane so she can't do the math. It speaks well of the quality and demand. Clearly this store is needed in this location.
