Just signed up for GigabitNow starting Dec 22, 2023, but they charged my credit card starting from Jan 15, 2023 all the way to Aug 14, 2023. I’ve called twice on Dec 28 and Dec 29. They indicated they need to open a case to investigate with no ETA when it will be resolved. The first customer service rep, Kyle was friendly, but the second, Rachel, was rude showing no empathy and non-apologetic. It seems, until they are able to resolve this, I have to pay 7 months worth of service where I was not even a customer. What they should do is to reverse the charges immediately while they investigate the cause of the erroneous billing. $420 is a lot of money. It’s 7 months of funds I can use for other needs. I may need to contact my credit card company to dispute the charges if GigabitNow doesn’t resolve this soon. This is way too much headache. It is not a good start of a relationship building with a customer.

Been a customer for over a year. GigabitNow is a good service at a fair price. Up and down speeds are exactly as advertised and customer service is pleasant to work with. Compared to cable, GigabitNow offers much better value for your money.

I signed up 2 months ago...sent a couple of emails, called, and went online to find out about my service installation....and NOTHING...just think, if this is what happens when you're signing up as a new customer, what the heck happens when you're an existing customer and need help because you have no internet. I'm going with an established company and staying far away from this joke of a company UPDATE: ok, I changed to 4 stars after being contacted by GigabitNow, Why? Well, they did actually reach out to me over a week before I wrote the original review to schedule an install. Unfortunately, their caller ID did not say Gigabit Now and it was from an area code in Los Angeles and I live in Orange County and thought it was just another scam caller. All cleared up so I'll give them another shot...BTW, they are creating a whole new internet system from scratch...from laying fiber in the streets to then bringing to your home...so I'm cutting them a little slack.

My internet went down at beginning of the long weekend and their level 1 tech support couldn't help and told me they would have level 2 tech to call me and help resolve the situation. Next day no call, so I call back and was told level 2 tech will call after 9:00AM. No calls. So I call back in afternoon and tech name Alex who claims to be the manager and is the highest authority and they can't do anything till Tuesday as it's long weekend. This company is in service business and actually running like Monday to Friday corporate business. No support over the weekend. I will be looking for new service provider soon.

Advertise 1gigabyte but I’m getting 300mbs. I understand you lose some speed over WiFi but my old provider was 500mbs and I was getting 300mbs. Also their customer service is the worst. The first time I called they are very rude and even talking trash when he thought he was on mute. Then when I called him out he just hangs up. The next person I called was nice but still didn’t solve my problem. So I just asked them to cancel and they canceled my service right then and there even tho I paid for the whole month. They canceled and stopped my service immediately. They refuse to give me a refund now even tho they stopped their services to me before my full month was up

I'm writing this for the business internet service they provide. Let me start off by saying that my location had been looking for some decent business internet service for many years, but the lack of ISP availability left us with less than ideal solutions. When I discovered that GigabitNow had built their infrastructure out to my location, I jumped at the opportunity to see if things could work out with them but also kept my guard up because we've had many opportunities with other ISPs that didn't pan out before. I got in touch with a GigabitNow rep named Tammy Vago and let me just say that she is beyond amazing. From start to finish, she has been upfront, honest, kind, and just overall amazing to work with in getting us the internet service we've been wanting. Being in the IT industry for more than a decade, I've had my fair share of dealings with ISPs and I can honestly say that I have never worked with an ISP rep as professional and caring as Tammy. (GigabitNow executives, if you're reading this, please set Tammy Vago as the benchmark for customer service for all of your reps!!!) It took a couple months to get our fiber line in with all the planning and red tape we had to go through (mostly all on my side of things), but once we got it in, we've been more than happy with the results. 1 gbps up and down for basically $100/month? That's unheard of for business internet prices! If they're in your area, sign up with them now. You will not regret it.

Great internet provider with fantastic customer service and blazing fast speeds. The install was painless and we have been extremely happy with our connectivity. They are quick to resolve any issues that might arise (few and far between). Couldn't be happier.

This companies internet service is above and beyond anything in the area. Customers left in the dust mostly business, forced to overpay for DSL speeds, this is the solution, it is true fiber optic internet to the demarc. 1GB up and down , enough said end of story, switch today they are the real deal, they solved a major speed issue I had been dealing with for years, big shout out to bill barnett in sales, he knows his stuff, and talked me through what I didn't know. cheers

We had a challenging beginning to our installation. The drop location was in a place that could not be easily accessed to get it to my home. They went the extra mile to relocate the drop to a location that was much better for us. The crew arrived and had the job completed in no time. Very professional and took major concerns not to damage anything on my property to get the cable to our home. The performance of the system has been terrific and would very much encourage anybody who is thinking about getting fiber optic installed reach out to the company and let them install it for you. We recently had GigabitNow fiber optic installed at our house. We needed faster internet as our graphic design artist son is currently staying with us. He "works from home" and our previous provider just didn't cut it.The installation team was on time and professional.We have called the support team may times and they have always been very helpful.Our son came downstairs after uploading one of his work file and said the internet was too fast! we all got a chuckle out of that.I would definitely recommend GigabitNow to anyone thinking about upgrading their internet.
