I have had jewelers when I was in my 20's here in CA. I moved away to St Louis found one I could do business with there. When I moved back to Cali I was looking for a jeweler and went into Georgio's and was met by Sylvia. Her kindness and knowledge were outstanding. as I was going over things with her by the time I left I felt like I knew her all my life. I will go nowhere else if I see a piece of jewelry that I like elsewhere I tell her about it when I get the piece back it's better than the one I saw originally. They never duplicate someone else's pieces but will take the idea and make it better. I have done business with her and her son for almost 18 yrs will not go any other place!!!!!!! Sylvia is the best hands down.

Sylvia greeted me with a warm genuine smile and her husband was so sweet! I had gone with a dear friend who was picking up her customized jewelry. It was a diamond necklace design into an elegant petite diamond snake with ruby eyes! While there, my eyes were drawn to this dainty gold ring with petite diamonds. It was just so lovely and feminine, I bought the ring right there and then. Sylvia's husband had my ring resized and he was so patient! My friend and I both walked away so happy! Thank you Sylvia and your husband for being so kind and welcoming. We will be back soon!

I couldn't recommend this place enough! Admittedly, my fiancé and I initially came inside to visit another jeweler we saw on yelp but we were drawn in by Sylvia's warmth and friendly smile. She was very knowledgeable and provided guidance while creating a pressure free atmosphere. I was expecting to be out all day shopping and comparing prices but she made it so easy! Shout out to Sylvia for putting us at ease amidst all of our hectic wedding planning.

My boyfriend and I went in together to look for an engagement ring and wedding bands. As soon as we walked in, we were overwhelmed with so many jewelers to chose from but only one person caught our attention. Her warm smile and first impression upon welcoming us made all the difference and with no hesitations, we went straight to SYLVIA. She was there with open ears to listen to all our specific needs and budget. She was quick to respond and already had the rings we wanted in mind and ready to try on. As we were trying it on, I feel like she already knows our personality and picked which one suits us the most. Even in the back of our head, "yes this is the ring!" but she knew it first. We both did not have to look for more. The rings were available asap, got it resized, cleaned and shined on the spot. You are amazing and super helpful. Thank you so much! I definitely recommend Georgio's for anyone and everyone looking for a very good customer service, honest and affordable price. Our rings looks so gorgeous and we walked out with a big smile:)

As an engineer I decided early on that I wanted to custom design the perfect ring for my future wife (100% custom), and was frustrated after visiting all the local jewelry shops and engagement rings stores trying to get a quote. I ended up finding Georgio's through a recommendation from my brother-in-law, and I would recommend them to anyone looking for wedding rings. Their customer service was amazing and even though I was an hour and a half away in San Diego, I still wouldn't go anywhere else. Sylvia's customer service is impeccable and even greeted my fiance and I with a hug when we came in after the proposal to get our wedding bands made by Georgio's. Sylvia's husband did an amazing job taking my idea (floral design using an oval stone), and worked with all my engineering scrutiny and insanity. The engagement ring is one of a kind and came out amazing! My wife gets compliments on her ring everywhere she goes!

We got my engagement and wedding rings made here and they're truly immaculate. I really wanted something simple and dainty yet different and they really understand what you're describing. It was different than a lot of other jewelers. There's no pressure and they are so friendly. The jewelry maker actually used to work for Cartier so his skills are really incredible. They worked with us on payments as well. I highly recommend them for all your jewelry needs!

My husband took my bracelet in to get repaired (it was broken, a big mess) he did a beautiful job. My husband then took wedding ring in to have a matching band made. We decided to take a couple diamond out of my current band and added to the new one as there were too many and they went between my finger which was a waste. He added 3 more diamond to complete the new band After some thought, I decided to I also have my center diamond placed in a new setting. The matching band he made was beautiful as was the new setting. He did a beautiful job and his pricing was very reasonable! He also took my old setting and placed a CZ in it so I can have it for sentimental reasons and he did this free of charge which was very sweet to begin with. A couple weeks later I broke the clasp on my necklace so my husband took it in and also had that fixed. This Jeweler is amazing and I will go to him for all my jewelry needs. Thank you so much George!!!

I can't recommend Georgio's enough! I remember coming in five years ago and how great the customer service was and not being pressured into anything. I always remembered this place and said I would be back whenever I was engaged. Fast forward to now, my then boyfriend and I came back! I saw this beautiful scalloped floral halo engagement ring online that I really wanted. George said he would be able to custom make the ring to look exactly like I wanted. He even offered helpful tips throughout the process to make the ring look even better! He was readily available for any questions I may have had or changes. The price was very reasonable and I couldn't be any happier with the end result! I have since returned for a resizing and it was of no charge to me and hassle free. I will definitely be back and I recommend everyone to stop by and give Georgio's a try. George and his mother are very patient and warm. I even make the commute from LA to come here. I am so glad I found them and I am soaking up all the compliments on my ring!

So, long story short, this journey started with a custom ring I had made for my wife about 15 years ago. However, our home was broken into and it was gone! This is where Greg comes into the story. For months, I had been searching for a custom jewelry maker in the LA jewelry district area as well as a bunch of mom and pop stores throughout SoCal without any luck. Until, I finally met Greg and his wonderful mother. They helped me design a ring that was almost identical to her old ring, but bigger and better. To be exact, the ring is around a total of 5.5 carats of diamonds and is truly a work of art. We couldn't be happier with the outcome and my wife is beyond excited! Gregorio's Jewelry will be my jeweler for life! They are very honest and treat you as if you were family. If you are looking for any type of jewelry, this is the best place to be and you walk out happier than ever. You will be amazed with this family business, I wish I could rate higher.

I came to Georgio's to shop for my wedding band 4 months prior to my wedding. I came to shop early because like with anything else I do, I don't like to postpone until the last minute. Georgio's had the closest wedding band to what I had wanted to match my engagement ring. He offered me a reasonable price for it that I was willing to pay. In addition, he said that he could rhodium plate my engagement ring (bought elsewhere) when I come pick up my wedding band. I did not give them 5 stars for several reasons: 1) When I came to pick up my wedding band, only his mother was present. I asked her to rhodium plate my engagement ring and it was only AFTER it was done that she said "that'll be $15". It would have been nice for her to inform me prior to the service. I thought I could get my engagement ring rhodium plated for free? 2) George had said that he would custom make it to look exactly the same as what I chose in the display which was exactly the same as my engagement ring's band. He took pictures and marked the white gold band up to ensure that the diamonds aligned. But unfortunately, what I received was not exactly alike. It was maybe 80% the same, but I wasn't 100% satisfied. The shares prongs were noticeably smaller and the edged walls were thinner on both sides. 3) They were very fast to make the ring. However, when I went to pick it up, the ring had not even been rhodium plated to make the white gold shiny. There were scratches all over when I received this new ring. I came back the next day and spoke with George's mother, who did not see the scratches so clearly. She tried to wipe off the scratches. After a few minutes of explaining, she finally went to get it rhodium plated, free of charge. Overall, Georgio's offered me a good deal. I did not feel pressure to buy from him. I was only 80% happy with what I received (hence, 4 stars), but it was mostly a positive experience.

Had my ring sized today and George was great! Had a rather unfortunate experience elsewhere with my engagement ring and he gave really helpful tips to correct my ring without sales pressure. Thanks George! We will be back!
