Terrible service, I come to this store trying to get couple of security cameras and a doorbell but when I was asking about the features the girl was with an attitude so I didn't feel comfortable, I tried to get somebody else and call another person and told just a minute so I waited 10 minutes later I saw her again and tried to call her she turned her head and continued waking ignoring me, they probably think they are doing us a favor, I know they don't care but I will never walk into this store again, they should train their employees to be more courteous with customers

I went to best buy and found out that my labtop could not be fixed because it was more than 5 years old. I wasn't disappointed. I knew it was older. The same lady who helped me was able to sale me a new labtop. It was mailed to my house in less than a week. Thank you.

Best Buy geek squad delivery Breaking an entry!!! Had a appt 12pm-4pm deliver guys show up at 10am msg only 5 minutes before! Right when we're about to leave to an appt. Told the guys we are under construction and do not have space for the washer right now, come back around 12pm when your supposed to. Guy insisted on leaving the washer anyway so I said OK & left it in the driveway he unwrapped it without letting me know first and left. We leave our home they come back 30 minutes later asking for the old washer that they must pick up. We are not home we're at City Hall and he's calling us telling us he needs to pick up the old washer. We told him to come back in an hour then we will be home. Or take did you washer which is outside on the driveway where he left it. Meanwhile we look at our ring video and his partner is snooping around our house and walked into our residence!!!! He actually opened our door and walked all the way inside! Who does that?!!!! What kind of people are they hiring?? Completely unacceptable! They show up when they shouldn't, unloaded the washer without wrapping! They come back 30 min later unannounced and expect us to drive back to our home right away! meanwhile his partner is snooping around the house and literally opens the door and walks in to our residence!!! We are not home!!! Still waiting on a call back from a manager!!

Made an appointment to have my iPhone 11 looked at due to battery performance and an error message. They did diagnostics on it and found out my battery was defective and needed to be replaced. The error message on my phone stated that the battery would be covered by Apple at no charge to me, normally $69. Then they told me since my screen had 1/8 " internal mark on the top right corner, they couldn't replace the battery, Apple's requirement, to the tune of $159.00 !! I even told them I would pay for the battery. They said they couldn't help me unless I paid for the screen repair ! So I went to the Apple store and an hour later my phone had a new free battery and they said the screen is no problem. I also called Apple customer support, they said they have no such requirements. Never again will I use Geek squad or Make a purchase at Best Buy !

I am giving Geek squad one star because that's the least that they will let me choose. But they do not even deserve that! Called to make an appointment three times, but each time they lost the appointment time, and nothing was done. I canceled the service call, and I am washing my hands off the geek squad! Very disorganized and unreliable! I will never do business with them again, and I recommend that you do the same!

I tried to drop off my phone to get it fixed. The girl at the Geek Squad only seemed interested in telling me what they CAN'T do for me. This is not what I was sold when I bought the phone at Best Buy. I tried to explain the problem but she would not listen and wouldn't let me finish a sentence, so I walked out. Pretty disappointing to get such poor service considering I bought two phones and insurance.

My hat is off to Julia at the Geek Squad at 120 imperial hwy fullerton ca. After my wife and i spent probably 8 hrs back and forth with ATT, as well as at least another 6 hrs with Apple techs, who basically pointed the finger back and forth with each other. I was basically told by both I needed to buy a new phone, which I did, but after downloading everthing into that new iphone 12 phone it did the same thing. So I tried to make an appointment at an apple store, but was told they were not excepting appointments but I could get an appointment at the Best Buy in Fullerton at their Geek Squad counter. Thank God, finally we got with Julia who worked very hard at trying to figure out why everything worked on my wifes iphone6s plus, except for the texting. Julia tried several things, some of which were tried before by ATT and Apple, but somehow she figured it out, and low and behold, the old iphone 6s plus works great. Thank you Julia, I even told her mgr to give her a raise. If I ever have a phone issue on any one our 4 iphones, I'll be looking for Julia and the Geek Squad. Thanks again, Best Buy and Julia. Never use geek squad. The whole company is unorganized and untrained. Good luck trying to schedule appointments for repairs.

Very unprofessional wokers, waist of my time. I made an appointment to have my 80 inch TV to be installed and made sure everything was included with the installation because I'm not good with technology. For the 2nd time they failed to show up on time with the appointment time schedule they gave me. Not only do they not show up but they fail to notify me to let me know they canceled my order. For the amount of money I pay to insure my TV is installed on time they fail to do there job. If I can do zero stars I would. Dont bother hiring them to do it just take your business else where because they are very unprofessional and unreliable

Worst customer service ever. It has been over 2 weeks and they have never notified me if my parts have come in. I have to initiate all the calls. If I'm paying for a service with the extended warranty, I expect A LOT better service than this! I would give them 0 stars. I just want to point out that the technician that came out was great! It's the customer service provided by Geek Squad that is really horrible!!

Worst SERVICE ever! Took my iPhone in to fix the screen. Was told it was gonna cost $330 and 3hrs long to fix. After "trying" to fix it, they tell me they can't and Apple is the only people that can help me. After making an appt at The Grove, Apple fixed it in 30 minutes and it was FREE!!!! The Greek Squad doesn't know s****
