I’ve become increasingly frustrated with the lack of professionalism and care at this facility, and my most recent experience was the final straw. The staff is consistently understaffed and unorganized, with one particular individual, Desiree, standing out as especially rude and condescending.
I had scheduled an appointment to have my dog’s teeth cleaned and groomed simultaneously. Desiree specifically instructed me to drop off my dog by 8 a.m. and asked that she had no food or water after midnight the night before. I complied with these instructions, expecting my dog to be well taken care of. However, when I hadn’t received any updates by 12:45 p.m., I called to check on her. After being placed on hold multiple times, I was finally informed that absolutely nothing had been done – no teeth cleaning, no grooming. My dog had been sitting in a cage for over four hours without water, which is deeply concerning given the instructions I was given.
When I asked why nothing had been done, I received no valid explanation. Desiree offered a dismissive excuse about walk-in emergencies taking precedence, which, while understandable, does not explain why the grooming hadn’t been done. When I pointed this out, her response was evasive and patronizing. She even had the audacity to tell me that not having water for 24 hours wouldn’t harm my dog, which is entirely unacceptable. To add insult to injury, she claimed walk-in appointments were given priority over my scheduled one.
Her attitude throughout our conversation was dismissive and insincere, and this isn’t the first time I’ve encountered her unprofessional behavior. I’ve been considering finding another vet for some time due to her attitude, and after this experience, I’ve made up my mind. I can no longer trust this facility with my dog’s care and will be taking my business elsewhere.

We have had only great experiences with this Vet & his staff. No extra charges and the prices are very reasonable.

Come here if you wanna be hopelessly misled. The staff is nice, except they weren't helpful with me. My first visit was optimistic since we were prescribed eye and throat medication. 2 weeks later, her condition worsened and I called in to see if they could recheck her since I felt the first diagnostic was wrong. The doctor sees me for 2 minutes, doesn’t answer any of my simple questions or concerns besides saying he hears a heart murmur (he forgot to address her eye issue lol). He also didn't ask me anything about her! Then I was told that he can’t give me the right medication without paying for a $300 X-ray. Okay sure, but you have no leads as to what it could possibly be?
Then he hands me off to a nurse who happily charges me $54 for a recheck ("$10 cheaper than a normal visit!") - even though they gave me useless medication during our first visit & zero advice on my situation now besides asking I do an x-ray.
They couldn’t answer any of my concerns or questions as if it was impossible to have any thoughts without an x-ray. If you have a real emergency, I’d pass on this scam of a clinic.

Brought my dog Chloe here based off a recommendation I received for a small mass removal surgery. I had gone to a different veterinary clinic before I found this location and they had quoted be almost double the price I was quoted here! I felt like the first place I went to was a scam and was trying to take advantage of people’s love for their pets.
After I brought my dog for an initial consultation I felt like the doctor genuinely cared about my pet and answered all my questions and concerns I had. Afterwards my quote was very reasonable and even included teeth cleaning for a much less cost than what I was quoted at the first location I went to. I scheduled my dogs surgery and everything went successfully. The price I paid included antibiotics and pain medication for my pup. A few weeks afterwards they scheduled me back to get her stitches removed and my dog healed perfectly fine. I even asked if they could write be a prescription for flea medication and they did.
Bottom line, I definitely recommend this place! Cost is super affordable compared to most places and staff genuinely cares about the pets. Thank you for helping my little Chloe Dr. Cho & staff ??

July 1 spoke to Desiree who promised to call us with all necessary details needed to transport dog to Thailand. Btw Been bringing our 2 dogs there for couple years n gave them a 5 star rating

And again at 600pm. He has not returned any phone calls WOW.

I love this place. I've been coming here for 15+ years and have recommended this place to my family. Today, they really helped me out. My dog was overdue on a vaccine, and we were boarding him, and they were able to squeeze me in even though they looked really busy. They have awesome friendly staff and Dr. Cho is great. I highly recommend this place because they have fair prices and honest service.

Been taking my dogs here for 12 years. Dr. Cho is the best! He even did surgery on my dog's leg, it's been 3 years and he's doing great. My other dog had some heart complications but Dr. Cho always gave me great advice and referrals. They have great service and expert grooming. Don't be fooled by the reviews, this place is 5++++++ stars!

This vet office is a hidden gem. Always super friendly and honest. I use them for both my dogs. They do all my grooming and vet services. 10 stars!

Dr. Cho has been our Vet for over 33 years. He is a great Vet. He has always given our pets excellent care. We completely trust him. We love the staff, always professional, friendly and very compassionate.

Nahla wasn't Feeling well. I was kind of iffy based on the reviews but the staff was so polite I went in as a first time walk in. Dr Cho was very stern & was informative . I guess people expect a Dr that is genuine but it's not every Drs nature , Nahla is doing well she's resting since she's a night kitty & sleeps ALL day very affordable!
