Fullerton Ford is Amazing! They have the best Service department ever hands down. David is awesome he is understanding and kind will listen and provide you with the best customer service. I had to take my Escape in for an engine light that went off and I was provided with information pertaining to my car and how long it would take to fix it. I was able to get a car to use while my car was being fixed without any hesitation. Everyone there is amazing and friendly. Thank you Fullerton Ford for your awesome service! Lorraine is also amazing super friendly (she has the best nails ever)

My husband and I had a great experience with Jim while purchasing our brand new car! Jim took excellent care of us and explained everything in great detail! Eddie was also wonderful through the process! Highly recommend!

Worst experience ever! 800$ for service that they didn't even do. How is it that I now have zero oil in my car (they "did" the oil change). They also claim to have replaced my tire sensor yet I have a brand new (in the bag) tire sensor.I 100% recommend NEVER going to this shoddy dealership for repairs.

Art in the service department is always takes care of me when I have to service any of my vehicles. No matter how busy they are, he takes his time and provides great service. Jesse in Sales is hands down one of the greatest sales people I've met. He helps answer any questions me and family has, takes his time explaining the differences between the vehicles we are looking at and does not rush us into buying a car when we're can't find what we want.

I feel compelled to give Fullerton Ford a five star review again. I've purchased two vehicles from them in the past 5 years and have had both vehicles serviced there. From the sales staff, service dept, parts dept, collision repair dept, they have always been A+ with their customer service and willingness to make sure I'm happy every time I leave the dealership. Great dealership powered by great people!

First purchase since the McCoy Mills takeover and had a great experience. I was able to talk to Abe, the veteran owner, and he was a straight shooter, family man who I was happy to do business with. Not too often you get to deal directly with the owner in the buying process and I'm glad I did. Buying process went FAST and smooth. Showed up at 4:45pm and was home in time for dinner with the family in my new Ford F-150 Raptor. I was dreading buying a car in this market, but glad I went in. Got a great deal on the truck and service plan. Even got a free polo to sweeten the deal!! Looking forward to my next purchase.

I am very happy in my new Ford Edge. Our salesman, Bryan, went to every length to ensure we had a pleasant experience. He was very knowledgeable about all aspects of the vehicle from safety down to each bell and whistle. He is very sincere, polite, and took my concerns very seriously. He and the manager, Eddie, worked well together and seemed to be on the same page every step of the way. Like Bryan, Eddie went above and beyond to help me understand the deal I was making for the lease. He took his time and broke down the details until I was satisfied. Every lease or purchase of a vehicle should make me feel confident in my investment. For me and my family, Fullerton Ford has set the bar. We will be back.

Came in for my first complimentary service and two recall items. Over three hours wait time and the work is still not complete. The commitment to have my vehicle back by or before noon has come and gone. I did expect them to keep their commitment, is it the new Fullerton Ford ownership? I don't know
