Had the pleasure of working with Samantha on a recent escrow and she was amazing! As a lender it is super important to work with an escrow officer who is detailed and is not afraid to pick up the phone and work together to get the job done. I would 10/10 recommend her for any of your escrow needs!

Escrow Options is by far the absolute best escrow company! They are knowledgeable, responsive, darn good at what they do, and they have always come through for me in all my transactions! Collee Patino is absolutley hands on. She responds always within a few hours even on the weekends. She is creative and willing to learn new processes. I would highly recommend her.

I'm glad my realtor recommended Escrow Options to handle the sale of my condo. Colleen, Carissa, and Lisa were wonderful to work with, and they were all very responsive. When I first tried to sell my condo a year ago, my realtor at that time used a different escrow company, who made so many mistakes along the way (too long to describe here) that I had to actually write a letter and remind the escrow officers of their fiduciary duty to me. Not so with Escrow Options. Very professional, very knowledgeable, and I appreciated their responsiveness very much.
