Absolutely terrible experience. Took a month to get an appointment, six weeks for the first set of custom orthotics that couldn't have been more wrong. They were opposite of everything we discussed, caused bruising and pain. Waited nine weeks for the second set that were equally wrong in similar ways. It's like I wasn't even listened to. I have specific needs as I have a congenital foot deformity (bilateral club foot deformity). I've been using orthotics for a very long time. I got the spiel about how I got orthotics elsewhere and would never be satisfied with anything new. I was told the raised sides of the orthotic served no purpose. It was offered to just resurface the ones I have and that's the best that can be done, mind you insurance was paying for a new pair of orthotics. I finally put a grievance in with my insurance company (after four months of this nonsense) to go elsewhere, which by the way the elsewhere got it right the first time! If you have a choice don't go here. If you're looking for a great place to go (and actually more reasonable) feel free to message me.

Been going to Fountain Ortho for 10 years and up until it changed to Hangar it was good. Now it is not worth even 1 star. The strap on my drop foot brace needs replacing or repair and I was told that I needed a doctors authorization. BS!!! Just a repair/replacement and they are being a nightmare to deal with. I tried to reason with them but to no avail.

Went to have a brace made for my mom who suffered a stroke 5 months ago. Sam Maldonado was the wonderful man who helped us. He was so kind and sweet to my mom, helped and answered our questions and took us early for our appointment because I had the time wrong. He made sure my mom was comfortable during the casting process and was just the best. Thank you again Sam for your help and for making the experience a positive one.

My first time visiting the Office a few days ago. I had to call them because I could find the office after parking. FYI: park in the St Judd parking garage. Anyway, the two girls working the desk helped guide me to find it, even one of them coming out to wave me down in the hallway. That was very cool of them. I forget the guy who saw me, but he explained what was going on, because my doctor didn't tell me. So, the guy fitted me and gave me my first, non over the counter knee brace. He explain it all very well, answered my questions and had me out of there in barely 15 minutes. Which was great because I had to get back to work several cities away. I had my choice of their offices to pick for my visit. I'm glad that I picked the Fullerton office I like the city a lot, so that influenced my choice. The staff & my positive experience made me happy with my choice. If I need any more medical equipment I'd definitely go back there.

Beyond horrible service!! I waited 2 months after being told the AFO would be ready between 3 to 4 weeks and only because I kept calling and nagging. I showed the doctor and he said it was not the correct one. I had to make another appointment at which time I was told by the technician that they would order a new one that was "off the shelf" and should be ready in 3 days. It's been 2 weeks now and no AFO. have called the office numerous times and the front desk argues with me. Took another Fountain OP office to make an appointment in 10 days and when I called the Fullerton office today to see if I could come in sooner they said no and argued with me that I had requested the date of 10 days away. They are incompetent, unhelpful, and rude. I'm spreading the word to friends never to use them.

I was referred here to get a hand brace for when I get my cast off. They said no one else could pick it up for me because I had to be fitted for it, so I had to take time off work and lost money for that. They never fitted anything. It was a Velcro brace they took out of a box. my portion of the cost was $126.. that's 50%.. my insurance covered the other half. When I got home I looked online and it sells for $35!! Same brand, model#.. everything. I called them right away and they wont let me return it. Total rip off. no wonder insurance premiums are so high! Companies like this ripping off insurance companies and their patients!
