Shahid approached us as we grabbed a cart. Toured us around the vinyl plank section. Answered all of our questions. Helped us to figure out how many boxes we needed. Was very patient as we changed our mind several times. When we finally decided.. he gave us the quote, he got the 21 boxes that we needed. Then he loaded it in our car. How easy was that! I recommend this place and definitely this employee. We are 2 women buying the flooring and it can be intimidating. Shahid made it simple and easy. Will definitely be back when we do the flooring at my moms house. Thanks again Shahid! Btw everyone at the stores seems very helpful and always checking on customers. This is why I come here instead of Downey and I live in Cerritos.

I like that it’s like a wholesale store & has options on display. However, I wasn’t impressed that there’s always an inventory issue & you have to be re-routed to another store in order to get what you saw online.

Great Store with great selections of tiles for all project needs Excellent Customer Service. The General Manager Daniel went above and beyond when we had a major issue with the tile we ordered were shipped out to us and 12 of 17 boxes were damaged or broken. Instead of installing tiles were inspecting every boxes and tile for damage. The staff at the store in Fullerton did not give us a hard time about the returns. They immediately took care of the broken tiles and offered to provide a modest discount due to the inconvenience. Although they don't compensate for lost time. They did make good on their offer after we were able to pick up new tile and verify all the pieces were good.
The credit returned for the damaged goods was truly appreciated as it was a matter of principle. Daniel and the staff there are the reasons we'll be back when its time to do the rest of our floors and Kitchen updates, and any other thing we need in between.

100% trusted four salespersons said that the titles you bought from floor & decor located at imperial highway if not satisfied whatever opened boxes you could take it back for returning and exchanging it. We did it today because of some of titles we found not good looking when put on the wall , but manager said another different story that we can’t do it. How happened like that way and where’s the reputation of the business ? Unbelievable.

Good store, great selection and prices with a friendly and helpful team. We were not planning to design our two bathrooms but we were assisted by a knowledgeable, patient, kind, and creative associate by the name of Shahid. As we explained our bathrooms, one hour late we literally had a plan for two bathrooms that we stuck with. Three weeks later our installer is wrapping up installs for both bathrooms. We are so happy and thankful for Mr Shahid for assisting us, cuz if he didn’t, my wife and I would still be discussing and debating a plan. Much appreciated Mr Shahid and F&D.

Cashiers are terrible. ASK FOR HARRY he knows his craft and is eager to help. The girls don't want to lift a finger and will just say NO to get you to leave.

If your a contractor and get paid by the job you do not want to send your customers here. 45 mins to load a vanity and I was the only one there. This was not the only time they have been this slow.
