Package was delivered to the wrong place, as the proof of delivery’s photo shows a completely different door that wasn’t mine. Operation Admin II - BERNADITH NAJERA requested a photo of my actual door to file a claim but then closed my case without any explanation or response (basically asked for a photo of my place for no reason). Najera became silent when customers requested to speak to a supervisor about their lack of professionalism. We were able to get a refund from the company we purchased from despite Bernadith Najera’s effort to lie to the seller that the package was “successfully delivered” to prevent my refund.
FOR PEOPLE WITH SIMILAR EXPERIENCES: you should call the customer service number, tell the robot “Customer feedback”, and it will lead you to the right department to escalate a complaint. Make sure the agent confirm with you that the formal complaint is escalated and submitted to upper management, or they will just apologize to calm you down.

worst places they are not trying or making any attempt to deliver any package but just say they tried. so if you want a package delivered maybe sure to order it like 2 weeks in advance. One of the worst places

Incompetence at its best. Driver is unable to see the delivery location exists, because "google maps told him the location does not exist". The building has been in existence for 65 years, yet the driver is incapable of using his own brain and eyes to see that he drove by the location numerous times while I stood at the gate, but kept driving. When I contacted Customer Service, they apologized and told me that the address does not exist, so once again I explained that the address has existed for 65 years, and that UPS, USPS, Prime etc, deliver parcels weekly and successfully at this location. They suggested I pick up from their location in Fullerton, CA. Bear in mind that the supplier where the products to be delivered were purchased is closer to us than the Fullerton Fedex location, raising the questions, what are we paying Fedex to do exactly, if we have to go and pick up, and why would I not pick up from the supplier directly if that was an option? They promised a new attempt at delivery with the address confirmation they requested, and once again, they screwed up as no delivery was made.Once contacted again, Fedex customer service apologized again, and asked if I'd like to pick up or if I'd like a new delivery attempt.I think communicating with a neanderthal would be much easier, and would accomplish much more.

They delivered my package forever, it was supposed to be delivered 3 days earlier, inadequate service, a driver dropped off the parcel and till I opened the door to get it which took about 40 seconds, he took it away ((( was it a joke?! I had to drive 50 minutes to pick it up at their Fullerton office.

FedEx ground is the worst. Contractors and subcontractors who take on too many clients to service them. So they end up “dumping” 20-30 deliveries per day by instead of attempting to deliver they create an exception stating “recipient not home”. So saps like us take a day off from work and wait all day for nothing because a signature is required.

I cannot express in words how dissatisfied I am with this location and FedEx as a whole. It should be illegal to lie and steal from your customers. I genuinely pray the workers at this company are paid better and trained and I handle even the most basic of situations. This is a sad disgrace of a company and I do not recommend to anyone. THEY LIE AND STEAL FROM CUSTOMERS!!!

Complete BS. 2 consecutive ttempted delivery made when I was at home the entire day and they claimed nobody was here to sign to accept the package? The doorbell was never rung. Nothing indicates the driver even came to my house. 1/5 stars because that's the lowest I can even give.

Seems this place gets a bad rap from couriers. All was smooth, professional, and capable FedEx employee helping me send out a package.

Hey fedex,do the public a favor and train your delivery drivers NOT to throw the customers packages on the floor or anywhere for that manner. Thank you.

I would like to outline and complement the staff on duty Christmas Eve here at this facility in Fullerton. Before I am able to do so I must discuss my situation and a very important Christmas delivery I was waiting for from FedEx. A large and heavy important package was to be overnighted to my home as scheduled as an overnight delivery. It was a Saturday and the extra fees had been paid to FedEx to ensure this type of weekend delivery. For one reason or another or just the chaotic delivery load that accompanies this time of year, my box was not delivered and was going to be rescheduled two days after Christmas. Any parent knows that somethings super important such as the crowning gift for a son at Christmas is some thing that makes or breaks Christmas morning. After calling the 800 FedEx number, I was put in touch with the staff at Fullerton who subsequently chase down my package and told me I could come down and get it, only A few minutes before 5 PM closing for Christmas Eve. I was told that a woman by the name of Evelina was on duty and she was able to determine my package was sitting there at their office and they would help me. Upon my arrival a gentleman by the name of Matt pleasantly greeted me and got down to business. After confirming my identification and cross checking my tracking number he disappeared into a large warehouse searching for my package. These two folks demonstrated professionalism and courtesy under the duress of the incredibly busy and crushing holiday shipping season. At no point did either of them make any excuses, present any reservations or speak to anything in this situation other than I can do it let's get it taken care of we can help you. In the military we used to recognize these folks with gratitude and an award and expression known as Bravo - Zulu... a job well done. This is well-deserved and appropriate for folks like this who are tired at the end of their day going many long days into the season and still being professional and embodying the can-do spirit, the spirit that made FedEx what it is and what it has been. I cannot comment on crushed boxes or anybody's experiences beyond the one that I have. There are lots of complaints in photos about such things on here however nobody has control over that individually, certainly a package passes through Minihans before it gets to this Fullerton office. This office should be judged on its staff presentation and all things in its operational control. In my opinion this place gets the job done it's presentation is clean and orderly and the staff is phenomenal. Thank you!
